The TL:DR: He is perfect from greeting to good bye the service was delivered with casual excellence and his craft, chef's kiss! I decided to do a chop to my mid length hair and cover the gray. I love my hair everyday. I love it so much I went out of my way to post here and Google. The Details: I booked Fringe after finding them on Yelp they have a ton of great reviews there aaaaand I was able to get in pretty quickly. It was destiny. So I find the cute little tucked away salon and am greeted by an elegant, well styled gentlemen. His energy was spot on- friendly, professional, enthusiastic, positive. Happy day he was also who would be doing my hair and lending his 41+ years of expertise to: 1. See the pic I shared and translate it into something attractive for my features AND MY CURLY HAIR 2. Share his knowledge as a colorist to help me select a color that checked all my boxes 3. Engage me so that even though we had just met I was comfortable, confident in his acumen and felt like I was reconnecting with a good friend. Book Kurt.

I have been going to her for several years but admittedly I have gone to others before we sold our Pennsylvania home and also when I am providing care to my mom in her home north of Tampa. She's a real sweetheart too!!

However, my roots were so bad so I gambled. I found that Head to Toe salon was highly rated but didn't have a stylist in mind. They assigned me Alessandra who is AMAZING! I felt extremely confident in her and trusted her to also give me highlights and a haircut. Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!! Best cut and color I have ever had. I got so many compliments. I returned to her last week and again she made my cut and color fabulous. It's not often a stylist nails it twice, but Alessandra did, and really exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a stylist who is professional, super experienced and a great listener - please see Alessandra. I am so so happy I did

Lucas was patient and gave me a great haircut until I was just about to walk out of the building. I…read moreasked for long layers to be added to my hair without taking off any length. He did that. It looked great. I told him it looked perfect that my hair has never looked so good. It was exactly what I wanted. I wanted my super thick hair thinned and not choppy. He then says he's going to make it "perfect." Im really confused because I just told him it looked perfect but I trusted him to just do some last minute trimming. Well next thing I know half my hair is gone. I'm in shock I said I wish you hadn't done that; tried to look on the bright side and think of how it'll always grow back. I paid, ran out the door and have been crying ever since. I don't see any layers left. I have short bangs and half my hair chopped off. It feels thicker on the ends than when I started. It is literally a nightmare. I cannot put my hair up in a bun anymore without a hair tie because it's so bluntly cut on the ends. Wish I never went in, I'll have to wait a year for it to all grow out. In the meantime I have to spend extra time to get extensions put in. The reason I'm writing this is because had he stopped and just done what I had asked i would have been really enjoying this hair cut. I can't go back and fix it but I do hope Lucas reads this and starts actually listening to his customers so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I booked an appointment with Darrin. Prior to arrival time I had to confirm my appointment twice…read more Upon arrival, I was informed that Darrin no longer works at this salon. Common courtesy dictates that you do not book and confirm appointments for someone whom you do not employee. Another client in the salon said they had treated her the same way the week prior. Another stylist offered to fit me in his schedule. I had to wait an hour past my appointment time and then unfortunately got a haircut that did not workout for my hair. This stylist was very apologetic but did not have the required time to do anything but a rushed job. The front desk person came just short of calling me a liar about the appointment until I showed her my phone messages. The salon manager never apologized during our telephone conversations. She only wanted to make sure I would wait the hour to have a haircut. It did not take long for this lash place to ruin a nice hair salon. It is evident that hair is not a priority anymore.
