My nails are so short they don't need filing down but I want extra care for the nail beds and calluses. He rushed me to check in. I sat there for 30 minutes in the chair just soaking and the technicians kept sitting down, starting to work on me, and then moving to someone else. The lady I ended up with (the third person at this point) immediately asked if I wanted gel and then complained I had picked a natural polish and that the color wouldn't look good. She had the lightest touch, barely cut my cuticles or buffed them and used no callus remover at all on my feet. She didn't paint my nails to the edges. I had to constantly ask her to fix what she was doing. She seemed very inexperienced. TWO HOURS for a basic mani pedi with $10 for added massage and I spent almost $80 for this!. No callus scrubbing, no cuticles, and the place seems pretty dirty. I won't go back. They seem VERY popular due to their gel nail designs and have a lot of regulars that they seem to put first over walk ins.

It would have been nice for them to 1: put this information on their website or 2: tell me at the time of making the appointment or 3: put this info on the paperwork I did online or 4: add this to the email confirmation. Although other med spas do not have this restriction it's their option to have it. If being on certain medications is their hard stop- they should let clients know. This tells me all I need to know about how they conduct business. I drove an hour for this place and I was planning for other procedures in the future, but no thanks.Then, on top of all of that, they couldn't figure out how to refund my deposit. I showed her a few ideas but ultimately just wanted a noticeable hair transformation. She definitely exceeded all expectations and gave me a style I feel so confident in! Not only was I highly impressed with my hair but the overall experience was great. I brought my one year old daughter with me to get her bangs trimmed as well, and even when she got a little fussy the Salon staff were so kind and helpful.
