I showed her a few ideas but ultimately just wanted a noticeable hair transformation. She definitely exceeded all expectations and gave me a style I feel so confident in! Not only was I highly impressed with my hair but the overall experience was great. I brought my one year old daughter with me to get her bangs trimmed as well, and even when she got a little fussy the Salon staff were so kind and helpful. They made us feel so welcomed the whole time. I can honestly say I left this salon SO HAPPY and look forward to booking more appointments here in the future!

When I sat down with Giulian ( I think thats what her name was) she insisted on knowing what salon I had been to before, while I am not interested in talking negatively about anyone in my community so I politely declined to tell her who it was. After that, we took my hair down and the stylist said "ewuu"! And then stated "she wasn't comfortable with me in her chair" and told me to reschedule with someone else. I left there in tears today. She began by asking me all the right questions, took her time as she was asking me. I like it because she wanted to make sure it was done how I liked it, however I also let my stylist do things they feel looks good too. I had no issues trusting Laura and my hair style was perfect. Be aware they reuse shears, brushes, foils etc after being dropped on the ground more than one time without discarding or sanitizing them. Hair stylist also don't wash hands after having multiple clients at once and going back and forth between clients and reuse dirty capes on clients without properly disposing them after each use. The owner as well is unprofessional and will rudely belittle customers over the phone and won't offer refunds even if they are in the wrong for messing client's hair. I lost out on a $300.00 service for a stylist who rushed my appointment and received no proper consultation before appointment end results lead to me being displeased with services and the manager wouldn't offer me a new stylist to redo the work or a refund. Be aware of using the new stylist Tony very inexperienced outdated techniques. My outcome results were hot roots, uneven hair cut, and highlights that prior would bleed through foils. I won't be returning even though I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. I went to Belt salon where they fixed the problem and use updated techniques that minimize damage in hair and prices that make it worth it. This has been reported to BBB.

Paid 575.00 for a "color correction" (475 plus 100 tip)! I didn't know until I checked out how much she charged. I've had a color correction in the past ( not with her ) and NEVER have I spent half that much. The lady told me I shouldn't have to come in for six months by the way she did it. If that was really the case then why when I had my hair braided did it look like the pictures below??? I never saw my hair parted in the chair. Several days after I had a friend braid my hair and she said... "wth is up with your hair?! Didn't you just gave it done!?!? Looks like s***! I've got to take a photo and show you!" When I saw the photo I was shocked !! I contacted the lady and she asked if I could come in that week and asked me what happened..... (I don't know what happened, she's the hairstylist). I, unfortunately, was not able to go in as I was giving birth that week. She messaged "if it's possible for you to come in within the next couple weeks before any regrow, that would be best". I messaged her back that I was unsure when I was able to come in as my baby possibly had medical complications. Due to some medical complications and Covid and lack of sleep... I wasn't able to come in right away. I messaged her 25 days after the text of my initial concern on Instagram. I received an auto-reply & then she blocked me! I then contacted her by text & she told me due to the time she would basically have to charge me. At this point I was frustrated that she blocked me and ignored my other messages. I then requested a refund for the color correction and let us go or separate ways as it was apparent enough to me that she really wasn't going to want to fix it properly when she blocked and ghosted me. She told me no refunds & she's happy to visit with me on a solution that would make me happy. She informed me that she wanted me to be happy and to tone it possibly at no charge but wouldn't be able to really know what to do until she saw me in the chair (she did receive photos of my concern). She acted as if I was refusing to come in, which was that never the case!! I'm the one who contacted her!! She's the one who blocked and ghosted me. When I sent a text, I asked if I could come in that Sunday or Monday... She did not write back. SHE GHOSTED ME AGAIN!!! Why act as if you want me happy and then completely ghost me?!? Instead of replying, she updated her Instagram bio: closed Sunday and Monday - she did this AFTER I asked. Days go by I sent her a "?" text. STILL NO REPLY. I've had people ask me if I did my hair myself. No, I kindly tell them I had a color correction treatment at Angles Hair Salon and paid 475 + 100 tip.

I recently used this salon as a member of a small wedding party down in FL. The family was…read moregenerously paying for the make-up artist/hairstylist that was coming to the house to work on myself, the bride, and the mother of the bride. I was decently happy with the way my hair and make up came out, however I was not happy to hear that the family was charged approximately an extra $400 more than discussed to their credit card the day after the wedding. This extra charge came with no warning, no breakdown of what was being charged, and no up front (and honest) discussion about what exact services constitute an extra charge. The bride was told that clip in extensions were recommended for her hair, so she bought them herself, but was never told clipping them in would be extra up front. Upon calling and trying to get a breakdown of what the extra charges were for, the salon arbitrarily named lashes and clip in hair extension installation (which were our own clip ins bought ourselves) STILL without a formal breakdown. Only one drugstore cluster lash was applied to only my lash end with the make up artists suggestion (phrasing it as though she was doing me a favor) along with a swipe of duo brand drugstore lash glue. While we still have not been provided a formal breakdown of additional charges, which the contract says can be done upon request, I am curious how much that was worth to them. This and clipping in 3 pieces of hair (no formal hair extension installation). An email was sent out before the wedding that said "bring any accessories, veil, hair pieces etc." While there was a contract, I found it to be extremely arbitrary and the business model in general seems to lack transparency as a whole. It is very easy to tell your customer, "by the way to do ____ will be extra" instead of just adding the fees on. I think openness and being courteous to your customers goes a long way & could have prevented some of these issues. I ended up feeling very bad this family was charged so much extra. It also turned what was supposed to be a fun experience of getting our hair and make-up done together into something that was a headache after the bride's wedding day. I believe a credit card must be put down up front, but if possible as a warning, do not give your credit card information to companies like this. When possible, my best advice is to use cash or a check and stick to places that don't store your sensitive information to use later on. If you are using this company, make sure you probe and ask as many questions as you can about pricing and what constitutes an extra charge!
