I'm not a "self-care" kind of woman. I dislike and avoid (in no particular order): Massage,…read moremanicures, pedicures, and sugaring (which in my opinion should only be referred to if you're baking cookies). So when I tell you that I actually look forward to treatments with Melissa and Jenny, you know they must be awesome. And they are. Three sessions of microneedling with Melissa (who manages to be simultaneously adorable, efficient, gentle, and staggeringly beautiful) and my face is glowing and at least a decade younger. Even my sweet husband noticed, and trust me, this is not the kind of thing he notices. Jenny's skill with all manner of facial treatments is mythic. She is, quite simply, a genius. The best thing about this place is that they will NEVER allow you to mangle your face until you look like Courtney Cox circa 2020. Jenny is all about subtle and will give you an honest assessment of what your results will be. You're in good hands (literally) with Melissa and Jenny. Microneedle local, ladies! You won't regret it.

"If my mouth doesn't say it, my face definitely will" days are over - thanks to my new friend…read moreBotox... and Jenny! I met Jenny through a mutual friend and was invited to her new studio. Since I had always been interested in trying Botox, I decided to jump on the opportunity. I've always hated my forehead lines. Jenny gave me a "recipe" recommendation to achieve what I was looking to accomplish with the injections. I trusted her opinions & her recommendations and let her work her magic. The procedure was not what I expected. Surprisingly enough, it is not painful. The pain is nothing more than a slight pinch. After the first injection I actually asked, "was that it?!" Unfortunately, my anxiety set in about 3/4 of the way through the injections - and it came on strong. I took a rest, and Jenny gave me a VitaWater and an ice pack to cool me down. After a few minutes, we were able to continue; which was only about 3 injections left! (My forehead took around 40 units). The Botox typically takes 48 hours - up to a week for full results. I started seeing the results within a day, and I was stoked! Jenny sent me a text about 6 days after my appointment to see how my results were coming along, and how I was feeling with the look. That is top notch service! Definitely something I look for in a provider! I love the follow up! Jenny is great! I am officially a fan of Botox! It is true what they say, once you try it- you'll never want to quit. True story! Unfortunately it is an expensive habit... but we all deserve self care and confidence! A lot of people tell me they'd never noticed my forehead lines before, but after I show them pics they're amazed with the difference! The way I look at it - if it makes me happy, it's worth every penny! When my husband asked me; which one, Botox or shoes? I said definitely botox. Who knew?!

Putting in 1 star because I have to, I called today to reschedule my appointment for the next day…read morebecause of a work commitment to then discover I was going to be charged $75 cancellation fee because I was 30 minutes past the 24 hour window. I then indicated that I no longer wish to cancel because of the fee. He couldn't reverse it and said I had to pay the fee over the phone. I told him to cancel my rescheduled appointment because I no longer wish to support an organization who treats their customers this way. Complete scam.

Do NOT go to Frontier Dermatology Northgate location. I…read morehave been a patient at this location for more than a decade, previously known as Pacific Dermatology. I have referred numerous people to this location for the superior care. Annually I would see Andrea English, PA for skin exams and to this day have no complaints. On several occasions I had to be seen by the dermatologist for skin cancer removal and was informed about lasers as a preventive treatment for skin cancer. I will not deny the laser treatments also seemed enticing with benefits of antiaging. And this is when this office started to shift. No longer was it about finding good treatment for the patient, it became more of how much money can I get from this patient I continued to have areas of skin cancer that needed removal and I noticed how first it was Mohs, then it was Dr. Reichel explaining EDC would be faster for her and despite the turnout on the patient. As the years went on, I was then advised that I needed stronger lasers, which also means downtime. I decided to schedule a laser appointment further out so I could take a few days off after for healing. I scheduled with Dr. Lamar who canceled after I had taken time off work. This was frustrating but thought things happen and then rescheduled for months later. I then decided to look into laser at other facilities for cheaper options and found a place and proceeded. I went back to Pac Derm and updated them about the laser and was told by Dr. Reichel that what the outside facility did was not appropriate and should be done by her, a doctor not an ARNP. I then scheduled with her months later, taking off time from work. Day before procedure she cancels. Her staff did not care to help in rescheduling. After calling numerous times and trying to reach a manager I was scheduled with a MA for different dates and more time off work. I was confused about the scheduling with a MA, as Dr. Reichel had indicated this needed to be done by a doctor. And to top it off - same price as a doctor. The lack of care, communication, professionalism exhibited in the entire staff (not including Andrea English) is boggling. The front desk is not informed and I was over charged on numerous occasions for services over the years. Trying to reach the current manager or past managers for assistance is a joke. The "management" does not care about any situations brought to them, nor do they try to find resolutions. I even had a manger pretend to not be there when I called back. Once person stating he was gone for the day the second person stating he is here and busy. Transparency Honest and respect should be given at medical facilities. I feel strongly no one should ever subject themselves to such horrific care and customer service

I've been coming here for awhile and usually love my experience so I'm pretty bummed about this-…read moreunfortunately, a product that's not pregnancy safe was used on me (Strawberry Rhubarb Masque) - even though I made it clear I was pregnant and asked if it was a pregnancy safe product in advance and mentioned that some products from that line aren't considered pregnancy safe. I wish this would have been double checked prior to being used on me because even if it's probably fine only happening once and (hopefully) it wasn't in a high dosage.. but was unable to confirm this - it still caused me immense anxiety that I really wish was avoided. I washed it off and emailed my doctor. But I still feel awful and wish more precaution was taken. This was my first facial since becoming pregnant (almost 27 weeks now) and I was really looking forward to it and thought I'd be safe here. Unfortunately I didn't feel safe and I wish I never came now. They don't have pregnancy pillows to accommodate pregnant individuals either. I'd go elsewhere if you're expecting but otherwise they usually do a great job... pretty disappointed this happened to me though /:

Yes, back facials are a thing and she does a fantastic job! For facials, I highly recommend the advance glow and lift. It cleanses/smoothens out your skin, reduces inflammation, removes pimples/dead skin, and slims down your face (lymphatic drainage). I also recommend the back facial to clean and remove deadskin/pimples to maintain that healthy skincare routine.
