Stefan walked me through each procedure and set very realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. During my IPL treatment, he was incredibly careful, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable. My skin looked great afterward, and I had little to no side effects. He also sent me detailed aftercare instructions and followed up after my visit. He never pushed any treatments on me -- I felt completely in control of my treatment plan. Stefan's background as an emergency room nurse really put me at ease about trying cosmetic treatments for the first time. I could tell he wasn't going to take any chances with my skin.
