The woman on the other line just said "yes," and then said they had no customers at the time, so I told her I would be there in 30 minutes. When I arrived, about 10-minutes early, I explained again what I was there for. It was then that she began to argue that they did not offer anything like this, at which point, I said it was on Yelp and pulled out my phone to show her, while asking why she would not say they didn't offer this on the phone when I called? She said it was probably an old ad, and I could call back when the manager was there, because he wasn't then. She then went on to tell me that what they DO offer is a free foot massage with a purchase of 10 back massages. WAY different from what was advertised. So, I not only gave them the courtesy of a call ahead, confirmed what I wanted and she verified and said nothing otherwise, showed up early, showed the ad that clearly is just false advertising to get customers in there, but had a woman argue with me and I essentially wasted my time and energy to bother to go there. Had she just told me on the phone it wasn't an offering, I'd have probably just gone in for a regular massage, no problem. Sadly, I can't review the skill of the service, because I was so put off by the false and illegal advertising, as well as the subpar customer service that I simply left. Buyer beware; I'm sure they give massages as good as any other place, but double and triple check on their offers BEFORE heading in. And then check again!!

The salon is in a cool converted home and truly seems part of the neighborhood. It smelled delicious inside - I never got even a whiff of that usual antiseptic strong nail spa smell. I needed acrylic nails removed and was dreading the usual discomfort and rough treatment of having them chipped and drilled off. Instead they were gently removed and my nails beneath were preserved. I'm embarrassed that I cannot remember the nail tech's name but she was amazing. She suggested a dip manicure and they had lots of great colors to choose from. The experience was completed with a wonderful house made gingerbread hand scrub and lotion. I left with awesome nails and also bought a tub of the gingerbread lotion. I bought hair products right from the salon after Belkis recommended them to me for my thinning hair and I bring them with me every time I visit. Walk-ins are welcome but Belkis has other stylists working in the salon so if you're just going for a basic wash, its most likely that her other stylists will do your hair which is totally fine and they're super friendly. They get very busy so appointments are encouraged for people who are getting more time consuming services done such as highlights or relaxers. All in One Hair also has a nail station run by one of the stylists, Osmary. Osmary is also a nail expert who uses OPI colors and Shellac.

Note that many of the stylists, especially the owner Michael, tend to book out for months. The online booking system was super simple to navigate, and gave me text updates. My appointment was in the evening, which in itself is a major plus. About an hour before my scheduled time, Michael called me and told me he could accommodate me 45 minutes earlier, which was a major plus. The shop was popping when I arrived-- phones ringing, customers popping in, even though it was the evening. The decor is really charming. Lots of interesting artwork and knick-knacks to catch the eye. When Michael asked, "what are we doing today?" I told him the color I wanted and he took the reins from there, which I appreciated, because I'm not the kind of person who goes to salons very often. Later in the appointment, he also asked if he could do a certain cut he thought would look good, and I said "go for it." I'm not the kind of client that has a specific vision in mind so I'm grateful when stylists use their expertise (but ask you.) Also, Michael explained that the dye he chose was less damaging and would be better suited for my hair, and he also recommended a few other products I should use. Some salons color your hair before they cut it, but I had a lot coming off, so Michael did a quick trim first. He cut it so quickly, I didn't even notice that my hair was suddenly 3-4 inches shorter until I glanced behind me and saw the floor littered with my split ends. Seriously, think this man might be some kind of ninja. When it came time to process the color, Michael asked me if I wanted to sit outside. This was the most unexpected delight of the evening. It turns out, they set up a little outdoor area with gravel, chairs, shade umbrellas, and even a fountain to work with COVID restrictions last year, and decided to bring it back this year. This was such a lovely surprise, and made for an unparalleled hair appointment experience. I don't get outside as much as I'd like to, so I appreciated getting a minute to sit in the sun. Granted, the neighbors were playing loud music so it was not perhaps quite as serene as expected, but I didn't mind so much. Throughout the visit Michael was very nice, as was the rest of the staff. My hair came out nice and the price was very reasonable. In fact, it was like reverse sticker shock-- I was actually surprised at how inexpensive it was.
