I booked a Gel X Nail removal and a perfect Manicure with regular polish through their online…read morebooking service. Upon being sat, the technician asked if I wanted a gel manicure. I said no, regular manicure. I received and paid for a gel manicure, which was a higher price. I'm sure I could have argued, but I had dinner plans and hate confrontation. The Gel X Nail removal went pretty well, but I was nicked by the electric file no fewer than a dozen times. It wasn't particularly painful, but certainly wasn't pleasant. I also heard the staff speaking poorly about customers and their accents which was not very welcoming. The manicure itself was fine, though there is a lot of color bleed that I'll be touching up myself.
