I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and have never been asked this question let alone been charged for what has always been given when getting your nails done... A regular pedicure, dip, and the additional "manicure" component came out to be $88.00 prior to the tip. These are comparable prices to California in CNY (let alone, without the quality of service...). Very disappointing. Will not be returning.
