I really had super high hopes but also realized that she won't be able to transition/ color blend my hair immediately since my grow out had just begun. I was hoping for some grey or very light highlights and a good cut. As far as for the haircut: She is amazing!!!!! For the coloring: My outcome was pretty but not what I hoped. Rayna chose highlights and a lighter color. Seriously it looked good! but for me wanting to transition to my natural grey the color was to "warm" and I wish she would have chosen a cooler tone.

Despite saying they felt comfortable with the service- I left with orange patchy hair. So I went to the studio on bridge and the owner kindly gave me a consultation and for me set up with Maia to fix the color. Maia was amazing and got my hair to look almost exactly like the inspiration picture I brought in. She was kind, knowledgeable and set realistic expectations. Wonderful experience. While I won't be returning to that big name salon again, the studio on bridge has a lifelong customer in me now!
