One lady treated us very poorly because we were there early, she said "you're an hour early so...?" And we asked if there was anything available earlier than our appointments and she said "well after I finish eating lunch I'll help you" which was completely fine we wanted her to take her time. My mom was scheduled with someone else but the lady said "I can just take you too" my mom said are you sure and the lady responded with "I wouldn't have asked if I wasn't sure" in a snarky, rude way. We left and I was texted by the lady my mom had an appointment with and she said she forgot to take herself off of the schedule and that she would not be in today. Will not be returning. I showed her a picture of…read morewhat I wanted and she cut my hair with scissors, not buzzer, not thinning sheers, just good old fashion scissors, which proves she is a true stylist to me. The cut was good but the product used to style made my curls too heavy to coil. Arati threaded my eyebrows and waxed my upper lip and she did great!! Would I recommend Arati? Absolutely!! Because she listens and delivers. Thank you & stay awesome Arati! Sincerely, Brenda. PS: I gave Arati 4 stars instead of 5 because she needs more products that are curly hair friendly.

This is a great nail salon. They are very clean and sanitary, and quick with service if needed. The…read moreonly thing that bothers me is their walk-in clients expecting the most when they're just a walk-in. Do not walk in expecting the salon to squeeze you into their tight schedule of other walk-ins and appts, and do "the works" on your nails. Seriously, if you want something more than a quick paint & balance... make a friggen appt. It will be worth it, I promise. It gives the nail techs the opportunity to block out a time to do the service(s), instead of squeezing you in between other walk-ins and appts and making you or another person wait. Nail art, full sets and/or multiple services should be scheduled in an appt. That said- they are still great at multi-tasking and not making anyone wait too long. They always give me great service and my mani/pedi always looks flawless when I walk out of there.
