I chose Dr. Flugstad to perform plastic surgery on my eyelids, face and neck because of advanced training, certifications, and positive reviews and photos of his patients. I am so happy. The results exceeded my request for a natural younger appearance of my 30s. My appearance matches how I looked 50 years ago when I was 20! I often get compliments; friends and co-workers accept my stories of working out at the Y and primal fat burning diet. Dr. Flugstad is a highly skilled plastic surgeon with priority on patient safety, an artist, and a kind man who delivers the highest customer service. I especially appreciated the entire medical team's focus on safety when they quickly responded to my apparent serious negative reaction to anesthesia. At several follow up visits, Dr. Flugstad and his entire staff reassured me as they addressed my concerns with kindness, patience and attention to detail. I feel grateful and so happy I chose Dr. Flugstad. My experience and the results exceeded my expectations. It was well worth the hour-long drives to his state-of-the-art surgery center with top notch staff.

The day of my consultation I was a bit nervous and excited. I was prepared with my question list. The consultation went better than I expected. As soon as I met Dr. Flugstad and his assistant Michelle, I felt at ease. I felt very comfortable and excited. Months after I booked my surgery appointment. During the time before the surgery I always had lots more questions and concerns and all the time Dr. Flugstad and his assistant answered all my questions. I felt bad for emailing them all the time but was very happy with their patience and that they were answering all my questions in a timely manner. All of Dr. Flugstad's staff that I've come across with have been very friendly and polite. The day of my surgery my husband was my ride/nurse. Dr. Flugstad's staff was ready for me and provided my husband with lots of information and made him feel comfortable while he waited for me. Before I went to sleep his staff and I had a great conversation with lots of laughs. While recovering at home Dr. Flugstad checked in with us often, we were reassured that if we had any questions or concerns not to hesitate to call. Everything went well with my surgery and I've been very happy with my results. I recently had an appointment to see how I was doing and we were both pleased with my recovery. I really enjoy being in their office. They are very friendly and I love talking to his assistant Michelle. She knew about my moms passing, she gave me a big hug and condolences. Honestly if I were to get another surgery. I would most definitely go to Dr. Flugstad. I definitely recommend him. I am very happy I chose him, there was something that automatically clicked when I met him. It was an automatic comfort. They have lots of different procedures available, not just surgical ones.

This shop couldn't be more adorable if it tried!…read more I give it 5 stars for being a local small business and for promoting other local businesses. That's awesome and I can get behind that. The soap is $9 for 5 ounces, except the sea salt soaps which are $11. I was told if we bought 3, we get a special deal- $22 I think. We bought one to try out and see how long it lasts, handmade soap is the kind of thing we buy on vacations, so I was excited to try it. We purchased the lemongrass shea butter and it's nice, if not a little rough, and has a lovely, refreshing fragrance. This place isn't cheap for a regular, weekly shopping trip, but everything in this store would make an amazing gift!!! I was amazed at the array of products- jewelry, kitchenware, candles, handmade bags, notebooks, etc. My favorites that I filed away for future gifts were the beautiful bookmarks and the gemstone nightlights. Just gorgeous! My mom and mother in law would LOVE it here! At the time we stopped in, a Saturday mid afternoon, we were the only customers. There was an event going on near the square, so I'm sure that may have been part of the reason. It may also be because they are slightly hidden at the corner of their parking lot, next to a chiropractors office off Elm and Congress. They are the next lot over from where The Cupboard was and the next street over from Seven Mile Café for reference. They are open 10-6pm on weekdays, 10-4pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. The employee was friendly and let us know more about the business. Everything in the store is either made by them or a local business owner. I love places with this kind of business practice and though it's not a cheap gift shop, the pricing definitely matches the quality of the products. They have a loyalty program- you get a point for every product you purchase. Once you get 10 points, you get a free soap! I think this is a must stop if you need a gift for a birthday, anniversary or celebration!

My skin has gone from dry and flakey with lines developing to smooth, supple, and the lines have been stopped and even reduced. I have also bought clothing and jewelry, of which she has a lovely assortment and I regularly receive compliments on. Both my daughter and son have had facials for acne and scarring. We have seen significant improvement in them both. My daughter loves the various makeup products and always receives good advice on color choices etc. Going to Angela's store is always fun. More than that, we all know we've received solid advice and have purchased just what we need to really help us feel good about ourselves. I highly recommend this Merle Norman.

I did not know that VARICOSE veins were the cause of the consistent pain, heaviness and swelling in my legs. Dr. Powell is calm, gentle and has great bedside manners. His team is great. I have been under their care for over three years. I am so thankful I found them. My family doctor's P. A. suggested that massages might help my pain. (I went to two different therapists. The first left me bruised and in worse pain. A week later, when the pain subsided, I went to a second one. She took one look at the back of my legs and suggested I see a vein specialist. She did not even finish my session, she did not want to cause further pain or injury. I paid and left. It was 4:00 pm. and looked online where I found that I could be seen the next morning by a vein specialist in a nearby town. That experience left me frustrated. Their first questions were about money. Although their advertisement said that an assessment was free, before the doctor saw me, I was told that I needed to schedule several procedures. The doctor saw me briefly but did not examine me, told me that I needed vein treatment and sent me back to his staff who wanted me to schedule several procedures without further explanations and talked more about money. I felt pressured and uncomfortable with their process. After more online research, I found Dr. Powell. Thank goodness for Texas Vein and Aesthetics. Dr. Powell has given me my life back. Before, leg pain prevented me from walking! Immediately after the first procedure, the heaviness and pain in the treated leg dissipated. Treatment of the other leg gave similar results. I have had several treatments. The treatments are not painful. The staff is friendly, caring and patient oriented. I can't say enough, how much they helped me! Obviously :). First, Victor Fuselier will expertly examine and assess YOUR condition, advise and inform you. From my first session with Victor, I was at peace as his explanations reassured me. I knew I had found the right place. Dr. Powell and his team clearly put their patient's concerns first.
