Each time, I was seen by a PA instead, without that being clearly communicated in advance. I was told it wasn't a significant concern and didn't need to be addressed. (He's a coffee lover, so I have that in common with him) Wait times in waiting room are pretty short, be prepared to wait in the rooms, though. Rooms are cold! Procedure room is cold, too! (FYI they do have heated bed for procedures which is super nice). But your hands and feet will be COLD. ESP. If they do another procedure before yours while you are laying there . Prep is COLD, too! Ahhh warm that up, lovies! Don't worry about the sour face on one of the front office staff people. It's nothing personal. I think they are just focused or something. The nurses are all friendly.
