He's professional, reserved, and he won't recommend or support any treatment that won't give you the results you're hoping for. (And, more importantly, he'll politely inform you if your expectations are in need of a reset.) Moreover, he's not a plastic surgeon who's keen on completely overhauling the way you look--so, if you're going in hoping to **subtly** enhance your lips, or get rid of your wrinkles, you won't have to worry about coming out looking like Kylie Jenner, or like someone's pulling your whole scalp back. Yesterday, I was there to pick up my prescriptions after having received multiple messages and calls about my prescriptions being ready, but when I got there was anything ready? NOPE. They didn't believe that I had received calls and messages, the girl at the counter kept trying to check call history and when I showed her my phone, she's snatched my phone to read the messages. She said the prescriptions had be put back because i hadn't collected them within ten days. Her name was Danjina or Jandina or something like that. Train her Walgreens!!! My first message was on the 15th. Most of the staff is rude there. They once told me they were out of my birth control only for another pharmacist to step in and say it's ok, we have some for you. WTF!! I picked up five prescriptions from them on a monthly basis and I'd have to go in five different times all within the same week, why couldn't they be consolidated? One of the calls I received, a girl asked me if i was interested in picking up my prescription, what do you think???? I went in, nothing was ready. They wouldn't give me my birth control until it was a whole month, but the supply was a 28-day supply. I could go on and on and on. Just don't go there.

I just recently finished a series of 3 "Secret RF" which is microneedling with Radio Frequency and have to say that there is a noticeable improvement in the elasticity of my skin. It feels plumper and the fines lines are much less evident. Even the deeper wrinkles on my forehead and around my mouth are much softer and less pronounced. Unfortunately, I can't say that anyone should go here and expect customer service. The main problem with this location is it's CONSTANTLY under-staffed. I can't recall a single time where I've gone to attempt to purchase something where I didn't have to wait for an eternity for someone to acknowledge my presence, let alone assist me. If you are younger or younger-looking, do not expect them to help you. A few months ago I scheduled a consultation here and waited 30-45 minutes before ANYONE started working on me. Instead, the girl that was supposed to be doing my make up was running around and assisting every single person that wandered up to the counter, which I felt was very poor customer service given that I was required to purchase ~$80 in cosmetics for the consultation. There have been several occasions where I felt that I'd waited long enough and just left empty-handed. Most recently I went to purchase a few new eye shadow colours, and while I was acknowledged I was told I would have to wait. One consultant re-stocked some make up on the counter then started working on another customer's makeup, and the other was chatting animatedly with another customer at the counter....for roughly 10-15 minutes while I stood there waiting. That being said, I do like MAC a lot but I'm afraid it's just not worth the hassle. You would think the service would be a little better considering how much you have to shell out for their products. Truthfully, I wouldn't even bother trying to purchase cosmetics from this location.
