I contacted Sam's to explain the situation and asked them to resend the order, especially since the items were for my honeymoon and time-sensitive. Sam's told me there was nothing they could do. I was instructed to reorder the items and pay a "restocking fee" for the returned shipment--even though I did not initiate the return. After being a customer for over 10 years and spending thousands of dollars with this company, I found it unbelievable that they wouldn't cover a $10 fee. I disputed the charge, and PayPal ultimately ruled in my favor and issued a full refund. At that point, I decided I would no longer shop with Sam's. Fast forward to February 2026: I received a coupon due to account inactivity and decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. On 2/9/26, I received an email stating that my account had been suspended due to the PayPal case from August. I was shocked and disgusted by this retaliatory response. After years of loyalty, I now have nothing positive to say about this company. I strongly caution others against spending their money here. Please consider supporting local or Black-owned businesses instead.
