I paid 30$ to expedite the card and it was somehow send to a wrong address mind you this address I never even lived in the city it was sent to so very confused how it was sent to the wrong address after I paid $30 to get it sent to me. now I have to wait an additional 5-7 days to get my card. most banks ship them overnight or print them at a location.

Needed to get some $$ out from a Citizens Bank, and after searching the area and the Citizens website, it was either coming here or to the Stop&Shop on Old Connecticut Path. Wasn't really in the mood to go to the Stop&Shop bank since in the past they were rude, and Old Connecticut Path was a bit out of the way of Shoppers World. Anyway, this bank is located on Route 9, extremely close to the Route 126 (Concord Street) intersection, and very close to Route 30. Accessible via Route 9 & 126. Large parking lot and 2 entrances (front, Rt 9 entrance for ATM). Employee James is friendly, helpful, and kind, and very efficient at getting all customers through the line quickly. Open M-Th 9-4, Fr 9-6, Sa 9-1. Convenient bank along Route 9 for the Golden Triangle and Natick / Framingham area. -1 star for no drive-thru, but overall good bank. 4 stars.
