Pros: The salad is pretty good, lots of topping choices; pretty clean environment. Cons: I do agree with others, the topping portions are very small; I had to ask for an extra scoop or two, to make the portion right. I had to even ask for extra lettuce at the beginning of the line, as they had barely put any on the tray. My small salad cost me $10, because I don't add protein, or any other items that cost extra. If I did add the extras, I would agree that the price for a salad would jump up drastically, for a small portion size, that I've observed given to customers ahead of me in line. CUSTOMER SERVICE was horrible. The employees did not smile or greet customers at anytime. This is me witnessing them perform, serving the 4 customers in front of me, and personal interaction when it was my turn. They looked bothered, so unhappy as if they didn't want to be there. I get it, many people may not find their job fun, but necessary. If that is the case, fake it until you make it, provide friendly customer service. Stop making it seem as if customers are inconveniencing you, and making our experience a bad one, for a job you applied for, or please quit. You're only as strong as the weakest link, please do better. read more

First time going there for lunch today. The options were great and the salad was amazing... until I tried the plum cinnamon tea. At first I thought maybe it tasted funny because it was unsweetened so I put 2 pinks in and left because my order was to-go. It wasn't until I finished the salad at work when I tried to drink the tea again when the smell hit me... the tea smelled like sewer water! I almost threw up my salad I had just enjoyed. So if you plan on going there... smell your beverage before you drink it. read more

I've eaten and ordered from Salata online all over the metroplex. I'm always satisfied. I know I'll get a great fresh salad. How I asked for it and all I have to do is pick it up. This particular Salata location is near a location I frequent and it's convenient as I'm on my way to work. I'm writing this review because when I order my salad at this location I'm more than satisfied. I've ordered online twice. Some how they knew it was me both times as I walked through the door. All the 'extras' I asked for were separated so that I know that they are extra. I really feel appreciated and special when I order from this location. As always the place is clean and fresh smelling and the staff is alway nice and greets me with a smile. read more

reached out to me concerning BOTH of my negative experiences and then NOTHING. An apology is nice but why ask for details if you have zero intentions on keeping my business. This location has lost this customer. read more

Everything was great, I went to with my big sis cause we were having a little day, and it was amazing! The salad was so filling and light and the service was pretty good. The music in the background was so chill and the overall vibe and setting definitely accomplished the salad bar idea. Also the drinks were so cool and very delicious! read more

Create your own salad happiness! I split my regular salad with my daughter and we had to leave some behind it was so big. We picked the spring mix, all toppings but a few. Meat was extra but delicious. Use the lo-calorie tomato dressing, it's delicious! A new favorite place for a low calorie option. Gotta stay slim! read more

Salata - Salad for two - Salad Near Me - Mansfield, Texas

Had one young man serving; two young ladies were busy with their conversation, but took the time to call out another girl from the back to help checkout. That girl was not very friendly, and acted like she'd rather be somewhere else. One other person came out just to play with her phone. Was around 2:30, so no lunch rush. read more

Salata is so amazing. Service is high quality & food is high quality. If you want a quick and healthy meal that is an alternative place for the fast food restaurants in the area, this is definitely the place. My favorite part of this whole restaurant is the bread rolls. It's a healthy snack and the whole meal, in general, really fills you up. Everything is 100% fresh and just awesome in general. So if you are trying to work on your diet or just health definitely come to Salata. - Dereon (12yo) read more

Salata - Tea Tap - Salad Near Me - Mansfield, Texas

One of our family's favorite places! It's quick and the staff are super friendly! We love the variety of veggies and protein that Salata offers! Not to mention it's a healthy alternative to other fast food choices! It can get pricey though, depending on the toppings you select! The shrimp is my absolute favorite & worth the price! The restaurant is clean! read more

This salad restaurant only has 3 sizes of salad. Large. 8$ small 7$(more than twice the size). Then wrap 6. About 1/2 the size of the small. When you walk in you are greeted with what type of lettuce, then what size. No explanation at all. We learned along the way. They have many types of lettuce. However no iceberg. Then the server hovers over different type of vegetables. And when asked they give you a pinch. Around a tablespoon full. Any type of protein is extra. The one positive was food is fresh. But the attitude stinks. Just that one rude comment from the girl at the start turned me off. Place is good. But will not come back Want to give management some advise. Post some type of instructions on what people should expect. And tell your staff not to be do nasty when asked how this works. read more

It's expensive at $10 for a small salad but it's a pretty big portion. You can include any and all toppings available as it's a create your own thing. The salad is worth the money to me because it's tasty and I can customize it however I want. They also have good drinks. I love their raspberry lemonade. I gave it four stars because I hate the idea of paying $10 for a salad lol read more

Salata - Small kale, herbed chicken Caesar salad. - Salad Near Me - Mansfield, Texas

First time ordering online from Salata, the salad was super fresh and delicious, the chicken tortilla soup was very filling and was also good. Inside is very spacious and organized, I was greeted when I walked in and directed to the Togo counter, will definitely be back again read more

I love Salata! You can get a huge salad with unlimited toppings for $8! It sounds like a lot, but they have EVERYTHING you can think of to add into your salad! Jeremiah was especially friendly during our visit, and provided amazing service! This place is a must try if you like salad! We will be back a million times! read more

The Food was average while the service was horrible it seemed like the workers that served us where new. We stood in line for 20 minutes while I did not see the workers change their gloves not once while they were touching everything. There was a girl there who seemed to be the cleanest and nicest worker. We asked the guy to dry the bowl and he said "its just lettuce right?". We had to ask for pita chips and they were constantly dropping things. There were about 15 people in line behind us. I would not recommend going here at all. The 15 minutes extra drive would have definitely been worth it. read more

Never had such a small wrap from Salata before. I got at least 10 different fruits/veggies. Seems like they are stingy with the ingredients. Also the server didn't even ask if I wanted any sesame sticks. read more

Salata has always been a go to of mine. Definitely my favorite salad place. If you order no meat it's about $8, which is very reasonable. I am so very dissatisfied and disappointed about the service I received today. The young lady started by telling me every dressing they were out of. Then as she made my salad, I asked for cucumbers and pineapples and she literally gave me 2 of each. Prior to this experience, Salata WAS my favorite salad place. I love this place. Salata never disappoints, so healthy and refreshing. The workers are always on top of things. With covid19 the tea tap is off limits but the food is always great! No complaints here so happy it's close to me! read more

Good quality food always, in restaurant ordering is always fine but online ordering has always been a horrid experience. Multiple issues with online ordering being they have been out of half of the ingredients without letting you know they don't have it and have forgotten extra sauces that were paid for, forgot to put meat (which is almost $4), and simply put no effort into making the to go order and the portion sizes have been horrible with the salad container being over half empty. When nicely asking for corrections, it is followed with terrible management style and employees who are not trained or willing to help. read more

What a great experience!! Food always amazing. Thank you to Mason and Melanie. You both were so helpful. Happy and seem to enjoy your job. Salata you need more like these employees. read more

I got the most pitiful looking salad from this location. I ordered the same salad I get when I order from the Berry St location near work and it is 2x the amount of salad. I pay the same, but got less this time. I was excited that there was a location closer to home, but I will never go back unless my salad looks like the one I had today, which is below. read more

When I worked in downtown Dallas, the closest Salata was in the tunnels. Then they opened one in north Arlington, then here in Mansfield. So glad. It is one of my favorite places to grab a good quality salad. For the price, you get a fair amount and the ingredients are fresh. The staff has always been pretty courteous when I come in to grab my to go. I have used DoorDash for them too. Either way, food came was up to par. read more

This place is OK. I mean, it's a salad. Kind of hard to mess up. Also is pretty dang expensive for some lettuce and vegetables.

Amazing service, great food, and clean location. Easy to customize what you want because of the layout and style of the restaurant. Every single employee is so pleasant and truly knows the key to customer service. Would highly recommend, but only complaint is that it is a bit pricey read more

Have been waiting patiently for this location to open. I have tried the Arlington location and instantly fell in love with the concept of build your own salad. This location open recently and this was my first trip in. When you walk in it's clean and modern. Luckily went after lunch and walked up no waiting. When you start the line they ask if you want salad or wrap. Since eating low carb I opted for salad. There were 3 main lettuce types and also can add spinach if your heart desires. Next you move to a vast selection of fresh vegetables. They have your traditional topping with some unusual ones like pea sprouts and radishes. They have several cheese options and can also get eggs as toppings. If you ask for more of one topping they will happily add it to your salad. They have several different proteins and if your not sure ask for a sample first! I picked chicken pesto. They have multiple chicken choices and also shrimp. They have a vast selection of dressings and can add bacon if you ask. They have soups and different crunchy toppings like croutons and crackers. You can eat it there or take it to go. Drink selections are unique and tasty. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I got home the salad was flavorful and fresh. It's a bit pricey but in my humble opinion worth it. Will keep this one on my short list of places to eat. Check out my photos read more

The regular salad tasted surprisingly fresh and delicious - it was very big! I love how many options they have prepared and ready to add into the salad. The multigrain croissant is also delicious! The staff was helpful and friendly during the food service. I would have given it 5 stars, but it was pretty dirt inside. The tables needed to be wiped down, the floors swept, the glass door to the restroom was completely smudged, and there were no forks. We will return! read more

So I've eaten here about 10 times. Each time there's enough selection where my salad is slightly different there's so many choices that I don't even typically get the protein. If you go with a water then no protein, it is an excellent value. The food and ingredients are fresh and the sauces are homemade. read more

This place is chipotle-served style, where you have over 50+ options to choose from including the type of base, toppings, dressing, protein, etc. The line moves very quickly because they always have a good amount of workers working. I used to go to the Arlington location but I love coming to this location!! The staff is super friendly and patient. I used to get everything I wanted on my salads and they were amazing, I am now on a strict diet and can only eat certain protein, carbs and fats. Salata is my go to because they have everything I need. The romaine hearts and kale are always super fresh and never wilted. The fat free sun dried tomato dressing has been a lifesaver. The chicken is always flavorful and fresh I love the spicy chipotle chicken as well as the quinoa. They also have 0 calorie tea and I especially love the green tea. Definitely recommend this place!! read more

Salata was everything I hoped it'd be!! The preparer was friendly and helpful. Lettuce choices were all great and looked fresh. The best part... the toppings!! So many wonderful choices. Salad has always been boring to me but Salata made it fun!! I could have done a sweeter salad with chicken, but on my first trip I did veggies with a Mediterranean flair, and the seafood mix. Dressed with lemon vinegarette. It hit the spot. Will definitely be back to try more combos read more

I usually get a salad from Salata on Broad Street but I will not be returning. I had a horrible experience tonight. The young man making my salad using his hands to get the tomatoes, black and green olives, cucumbers and feta cheese for the salad. He was too lazy to get a spoon. You would think that he would have went to get a clean spoon to get the toppings since Covid-19 is not going on anywhere no time soon. I had request to speak to the manger. Addison stated that she was manager. Told Addison what happened and she did not show any concerns. She asked the employees if any wanted a salad as I was leaving. Addison probably need to work on her customer service skills. This will be reported to the BBB tonight. read more
