You could make a bland bowl or wrap I'm sure, but you'd realllllllly have to try hard to accomplish something on the blander side and... why would you!!! I would describe the vibes here as the kids say, as a slightly elevated Chipotle experience.

We sat on their patio - the ambiance was clean, friendly, lively. Max was our server, and treated us well until our food was delivered, but then vanished - my husband would have liked mayo for his burger, but was never able to request any (we both kept 'looking around' for our server, but no other servers approached us to find out why, either). Fortunately, the food was delicious, and my hubby enjoyed the flavor of the burger, even 'dry'. When payment time arrived, our server magically reappeared - Max stood by our table staring at us until payment was made (it felt awkward, and I believe I overtipped, in reference to him ghosting us after the food delivery). We do plan to visit Lambeau's again, because of the delicious cuisine.. perhaps on Halloween, when Boogie Men (band) will be playing again.
