regular salad with a spinach/spring mix/kale base, lots of fruits, chicken, and side of multigrain croissant

My family was craving salads and came here for dinner! The regular sized salads are really great portions. You can add fruits and veggies to your hearts content, and there are lots of proteins to choose from. I also love their croissants! My sister got a wrap and was very happy with it. I get lemon juice as the dressing for lower calorie and I feel like if ties my whole salad together. Would be pricey if I went everyday, but once in a while it's so good and so worth it!

I loved this place! I was visiting from out of town and this place is perfect for eating total fresh and crisp salads! Build your own salad is the best. The staff was very friendly as well.

Chicken Cesar Wrap

Salata's catering provided 24 wraps for our high school boys soccer team. When I arrived for pickup, the wraps were waiting and all beautifully boxed. The order was correct and It smelled delicious! The boys were thrilled with their special pregame treat. Thank you, Kelsey MeManemin and your great team at Flower Mound Salata! Salata is perfect for a quick lunch- or to feed a hungry boys soccer team!

My everything salad : )

Howdy folks. How bout a great big bowl of rabbit food! 4 star food, 2 star price, that's 3 stars. I love salad bars, and Salata does not disappoint. A great selection of everything, and you decide what you want. Pile it on, or do the 100 calorie skimpy, it's up to you. Everything was fresh and delicious. Dining room is pretty cramped for a big boy like me. Randy S., come back and demand 4 bean sprouts! The customer is always right! If you feel that going green is the right thing to do, this might be your place!

The concept is simple, but everything I've had is great. The salads are filling and there are a lot of good options.

Great place to get a reasonable salad the way you want it. I love their honey mustard salad dressing as well.

I checked in at 30 minutes past reservation and they said they were "cleaning a table", then 40 minutes past reservation I checked in again, and then they said they will push two tables together... so they weren't cleaning any table for us. They sat 2 6-tops prior to us, plus numerous other larger groups. Having worked as a head host in the restaurant industry before, at first I thought it was because they all had reservations and were just before us in those, but as they sat ~15 groups before us, I started to notice we were being neglected. Even standing right in front of the hostess station. We were sat finally 45 minutes post reservation. (55m total wait time - the day before Mother's Day, with a reservation scheduled 3 days before.) Chelsea our server was phenomenal, the food is always good, high quality and made with care.

Well, Kip knows six mimosas will warm me up for any excursion. We had to call ahead to make sure Ingrid was working, and thankfully she was cuz I needed to sop this alcohol up. The Boyle Bowl is bursting with flavor. She says it comes from her special sauce. She turns her back when she makes the special sauce, so I don't know how she does it, but it is magic. Lambeau's completely surprised me. This might honestly be one of the best seafood plates I've had…read morein Texas. The fish comes out with that perfect shatter-crisp batter. Light, golden, and somehow still tender and flaky inside. Nothing greasy, nothing heavy, just clean, flavorful frying done right. And the curly fries deserve their own paragraph. The cut, the texture, the seasoning... unreal. Maybe one of the best fries I've ever had, and I don't say that lightly. They're crisp on the outside, soft in the center, and dangerously easy to keep eating. Service was friendly, food came out hot, and everything felt fresh and intentional. If you're a fish and chips person, or a fries person, this spot is a must-try.

A short time later, the other bartender came to check if I was ready to order. The menu has "somewhat" improved. Gone is the messy and expensive Seafood Boil. In addition to the regular menu, there was a Wednesday Dinner Special and the Bar Top Bites menus. Of the three items on the Dinner Special menu, only the Cheesecake Basque dessert was on the regular menu, priced the same. Believing the portion size would be appropriate, I decided on The Hottie Calzone from the Bar Top Bites menu. The calzone took about 16 minutes. The server almost served my food to the customer who sat next to me. When the bartender came to check on me, she mentioned the calzone was missing the marinara on the side, and immediately went to the kitchen to grab it. The calzone was smaller than expected. Nor was it as stuffed as hoped. Considering its price was about half of their equivalent 12-inch two-topping pizza, it should have been expected. Because the jalapeño was not overpowering, the combination of the pepperoni, mozzarella, and the peppers was enjoyable. Although I still had an appetite, I passed on dessert. Many of the dessert items were served with caramel ice cream. Not a flavor top on my list. Also, my dining experience was not entirely pleasant. A nearby customer and the manager had a somewhat lengthy discussion about paying for an ice cube. Although it ended before I finished my meal, I was not in the mood to stay longer. On a minor note, it appears the wireless chargers have been disabled. Unlike my prior visit, they are no longer labeled "Wireless Charger".
