Went to this specific Salata and was truly disappointed. The portions of the salads mixes, the toppings, the protein... I was given the smallest amount of everything I asked for. There was no rush or overwhelming amount of orders. Compared to the Salata in the Colony on Denton Tap Rd, this Flower Mound location does not compare. read more

I can't tell you how much money my family and I have spent at this location over the past two years and we've never had a problem until today. I hadn't been in a few weeks and I didn't recognize any of the regular staff so maybe that's the problem, maybe these are new workers. But there was nothing welcoming about the experience at all. Before I even got a chance to say that I want to avocado and artichoke on my salad the server had already walked over and placed my salad down so it could be rung up. $13 is a lot to pay for a salad but we do it because of the food and the environment. Just a bad vibe all around today. I'm willing to give them another chance and hope Salata hasn't lowered the bar. No pun intended! read more

My new favorite place! So glad I found a quick and easy way to grab a fresh salad anytime I want one. I go here weekly and sometimes more than once lol They have every topping you could imagine and you can put one or all on yours. They also have a variety of lettuce, spring mix, kale, soni spinach, etc... Avocado and meat is extra. They have a ton of meat choices, chicken, seafood, etc... They will mix the dressing in or leave it on the side. They do Togo or you can eat there. Top it off with nuts, croutons, bread, pita chips, they also have what it artichoke for a dollar extra. Four stars will be changed to five stars when they at least start rotating out one soup every day or week...something. It's always the same and you need at least one that is the soup of the day or week. Also the soups look NOT fresh but boxed or canned... You have an amazing ability to make fresh healthy soups. Soup and salad is where it's at Enjoy! read more

Excellent service! The dishwasher named Joshua I believe was extremely helpful with us. He was able to bring out the dishes quickly and seemed to enjoy doing his job. He even helped me out when I said hi to him! Great staff overall read more

Salata - Salad Near Me - Flower Mound, Texas

I was super excited to try a place that specialized in salad. The price seemed a little high, but I got a pretty decent size bed of lettuce so I wasn't upset. I got the salmon and I ordered my dressings on the side because you never can be sure. First, the dressing wasn't my favorite but that is just personal preference. But the salmon was pretty bad. It was SUPER fishy and it compromised the entire salad. It made me not want to continue to eat it. The rest of the ingredients seemed pretty fresh and there was a decent selection of them. They did honor my yelp check-in for a free drink though and their tea is AMAZING. read more

I could eat here every day! Love the fresh selection of veggies and their tomato soup is crave-worthy!

For a delicious salad or wrap made exactly the way you want it, this is the best in Flower Mound. The veggie selection is limitless and everything was fresh and clean. I loved it and definitely will be back. read more

I love Salata!! I usually make my own wrap, with chipotle chicken, lots of veggies and fruit. It's so filling that I can only eat half of my wrap. If you are to get chicken, always get the chipotle chicken! Beware, it is a bit spicy! My favorite wrap is the southwestern tortilla. I have had their tomato basil soup, it's pretty good, not the best I've ever had, but pretty good. My only con with Salata is that if you come during lunch be prepared to wait a while to go through the line. I wish there was a faster way to get through the line. I wouldn't advise against going to Salata just for that reason, but I try to avoid busy hours. read more

Went here for the first time and I must say I was impressed. The premise is simple, you order a salad or a wrap and they prepare however you want. They have a wide variety of veggies, meats, and cheeses, all of which appeared to be very fresh. With all of the different choices, it can be a little overwhelming, but it's nice to have so many different offerings. The staff was very nice and helpful with making our selections. I had a chicken wrap and my hubby had a salad. Both were great and we had no complaints. We will definitely go again soon! read more

Salad bars were among the first "customizable" food options. Salata takes the concept and has someone assemble the salad (or wrap) for you. A variety of greens form the base and start you at either $7 or $8 for a small or large salad. Veggie toppings: tomatoes, carrots, cukes, beets, olives, corn, sprouts. Cheeses: bleu, feta, Parm, mozzarella. Proteins are extra & include chicken or shrimp, or vegan options like quinoa or tofu. Add artichoke hearts or avocado for another upcharge. Friendly staff, YELP check-in deals. read more

First time. It was good. Lots of veggie and fruit options to put on a salad! Kinda pricey. Had a wrap with spicy chicken. Left hungry.

This place is always clean and I haven't had bad service. Ever! Edith is my favorite she is so sweet and helpful and full of suggestions! Always fresh and delicious option instead of fast food. They are quick and just lovely! All of them. Love this place. read more

Salata - Southwest wrap with chipotle ranch and salmon $10 - Salad Near Me - Flower Mound, Texas

Salata was awesome, if not a bit pricey. We went with the family and a guest. As happens in many restaurants of this style, it is a bit difficult sometimes to order for more than 1 person, especially when it is busy and the employees know the menu and you don't. Given that, all staff was excellent, it was clean, very fresh, and delicious! read more

How it works: You pick small or large bowl an get one turn through the line. It works like subway- you tell them what you want on your salad- they add it. The good: it's healthy and we need healthy food around this area. The mango dressing is good, my husband liked the chipotle chicken chunks (which cost $3 extra to add). The bad: when you see the bowls you think the salad will be huge but they only fill the bowl half way. Not pleased. When I asked for more spinach the girl literally put three more leafs. My husband and I both left hungry and felt ripped off on the $16 we spent. Also it's about 62° in there and I hate that in a restaurant- so uncomfortable. Even when you eat there you have to use a disposable spoon and cup- very wasteful! You have to clear your own table. read more

Our first visit with a party of four. The staff loads up a big or small bowl for you from 4 types of greens, multiple veggies, cheeses, fruits, nuts and proteins (chicken, turkey, salmon, shrimp, crab) plus your choice of dressings and bread. We sampled chipotle chicken, pesto chicken and smoked turkey, all were tasty, the chipotle is definitely not spicy. Overall verdict was two thumbs up on the salads, bread would be 100% better if it was hot or at least warm, cold just doesn't work. You can get salad choices as a wrap too. Customized dishes, fresh items, if you are OK with spending $10 to $14 on a salad, you are good to go at Salata. read more

Tons of fresh ingredient options, super helpful and friendly staff, they will let you try anything. To me, their dressings could be better.

Favorite place to get a salad! The freshest ingredients and very nice and helpful employees!!

Nice place which have no price written any where at all. I order large salad and my order very much filled up with kale. Other items that I needed was just sprinkled. Rushing to push further. It seems like hard sell on extra items. All three times I visited I paid different price. Soup is good. Best time to visit is after lunch hour. read more

I really enjoy this place. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. The food is fresh and enjoyable. My favorites are the wraps and they post the calories. I highly recommend this place. read more

Salata - I love this place. If you enjoy fresh and healthy, then stop here. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly - Salad Near Me - Flower Mound, Texas

Love the process of making your own salad, very fresh, very good, just what this area needs

Salad was fine. But the women working had serious attitudes and they are really skimpy on adding stuff. I had to ask them for a little more at least 6 times. Then they were all sassy about it. Customer service is not their strong point for sure. read more

I've been to this particular location multiple times and love it! Every thing is always fresh, clean, and delicious! Most importantly they are consistent! Makes eating healthy that much easier! read more

I eat here at least once a week. After my regretful meals at Taco Bell or BWW, I just want some Salata. If you want to eat healthy and have fresh veggies, this is the place for you. Even as a guy, this has become one of my favorite places to eat. I also like that all of their pricing includes sales tax. Salata has salads and wraps with about 30 different toppings to choose from. I always stick with the fresh herb vinaigrette dressing though. The ginger lime and ranch are also really good. The tomato basil soup and lemonades are also must tries. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. read more

So this was my first time every going to Salata, yes I know it's pretty hard to believe especially because they're popping up all around the metroplex! Anyways the salad was to die for...I'm literally HOOKED! I started going at least once a week at a minimum. It's absolutely delicious! It's an adorable and lively place. The staff is very helpful and well informed. The place is kept very clean, I could tell because management kept walking around to make sure the food looked neat and presentable and the staff was cleaning up very quickly if they saw a mess. But let's get back to the food, you start off by picking your salad greens...I always go for the Salata mix, that's just a preference. Then you have a BUNCH of different toppings to choose from, they have everything from jicamia to snap peas and everything in between. And OMG the PROTIEN variety is to die for...I got the seafood mix...seriously absolutely delicious! BTW this is coming from a person that hates seafood on their salad so that just shows you how amazing it actually is. It's honestly pretty hard to pick the protein because everything tastes SOOOO fresh and delicious! As you can tell I'm totally in love!! They also have plenty of other things as well such as soups, croutons, deserts and a wide variety of amazing teas!! The assortment of exotic teas were the cherry on top...I'm a HUGE tea fanatic so this was just perfect! Honestly after writing this review, I think I might be dropping by for lunch ;) P.S I went to Salata for dinner last night!! read more

Super fresh and a great price! We tried Salata the day it opened and while the staff looked a little intimidated, everything was great. We got to build our own wraps and salads. It was very nice that they let us try what we were putting in them as we made our selections. (Be sure to try the Ginger Lime dressing and the soup!) This is a great place for a light lunch or dinner, especially in the Texas heat. We will be back! read more

I recently went to Salata for the first time and I absolutely loved it. The salad itself is a standard price $7 or $8, depending on the size, then protein add in's are $3-$4. I have been to many other salad places that charge you based on the weight of your salad. Salata does not do this which makes it very convenient. The salad is very fresh and taste amazing. It is now my go to option when in the mood for a salad. The tea is amazing as well and very refreshing!! read more

This place is my go to for salads.... Any and every combo imaginable!!!!! Love the extra chicken on the days I need to up my protein!

Super clean facility and helpful staff. Salads are a bit more expensive than one would expect but not really much more than getting a pre-built salad at a chain restaurant. Besides you build it yourself and there is so many options. Will return time and time again for sure. read more

This is my new favorite lunch place when I'm in a hurry and want to eat healthy! The salad and toppings were all fresh, nothing canned, and the atmosphere was great. I look forward to going back to try the soups! read more

very poor attitude by the manager... I think her name is Edith if I'm not mistaken She commented in Spanish because she probably thought I didn't understand her that my small salad was supposed to be a large salad if I get a small salad and I like all the toppings I'm still getting a small salad ,yes I do understand that it did look like a large salad when I was done why is it her business to sit there and stare at me as if I'm doing something wrong? I am very fluent in Spanish I'm sorry that I don't look like I speak Spanish but she needs to change her attitude otherwise I'm going to keep writing bad reviews read more

Wow. All I can say is wow. I came in with high expectations, and they met them! I was a hungry boy tonight so the regular salad tamed my feral stomach. Next time I met get the small salad because that seems like a more reasonable portion. Salata has so many options it's almost uncanny. Anything that's ever been considered being put on a salad, they have. Quite honestly, Salata is changing the way we experience salads. read more
