They do charge by add-on if it's a premium item so you just need to pay attention if you didn't order it in person. I do understand they could be busy and just miss an item or two or ran out of certain ingredients also. I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places). I like their mushroom mix as well, probably even more than their steak. Their rosemary focaccia is a nice compliment to the bowls as well. I haven't had any bad items here so far. Pickup order was for 11:45AM. Some orders had to be put in at 11:30 since the 11:45 AM block was full. I arrived at 11:45. It took 7 minutes for anyone working at Taziki's to ask what I was there for. There were several bags (I had 8 total orders), and upon inspection, I could not find a name on them so I had no idea if they were mine. They were, but they were only part of my larger order. The team was non-communicative beyond "We're working on them". At one point when I had six of my eight orders, I was asked for a third time what orders I was still waiting for, and the employee looked at me as if I had just kicked a puppy when I gave them the names of the orders not yet filled. I wound up leaving at approximately 12:05, so 20 minutes after I placed my orders. The report from the team is that the food is of mixed quality. Some of my coworkers were delighted with the order and food quality, some reported very poor quality meat and a disappointing experience. Gyro meat seems to not be very good, but the fish is overall solid. In all, with mixed reports in terms of product quality and the worst experience out of the 15 weekly lunch pickups I've done on the customer service side, I have no plans to keep Taziki's on the rotation.
