    Pork belly bun

Amazing team slinging delicious food for all. Unfortunately (fortunately) it's all scratch made so you know they run out of stuff but it is what it is. Get in line quick so you get what good before it all gets GONE. Great team great service

This food truck was parked at bouldering project this afternoon. I just got a single pork belly bun for $8 but it was incredible! The bun was so fluffy, the meat was really tender, and it was so flavorful! I'd like to try their pasta and dumplings too but it'd be hard to not just get a bun again haha. The guys working were very nice.

Had an amazing bao bun (katsu?) with fried chicken at the AZ Bao and Dumpling festival. The chicken and breading was super fresh and definitely the freshest I had at the festival. Can't wait to find these guys around Phoenix.

Incredible quality, great flavor, admirable service. Dropping a photo of the Katsu buns.

Japanese curry arancini and porchetta and katsu bao buns

Finally a food truck fusion concept that combines my two faves: Italian food and dumplings. We had the katsu and porchetta buns, Japanese curry risotto balls, and oxtail dumplings. Everything was absolutely delicious. Service and recommendations were friendly and helpful. Food was so thoughtful, filling, and creative. Portions were also large. Felt like a lot of bang for my buck. I'll be back!

Tried this food truck while at Simple Machine brewing and... gawd damn that was delicious! We tried both steamed buns and the shrimp dumplings. Very unique flavors for all 3. Very delicious!

Shrimp cilantro dumplings were here... sorry we ate them all!

Plenty of parking Hargow: DELICIOUS and plump shrimp Shumai: I'm so happy I ordered 2 orders Shrimp and chive dumpling: basic but still delicious Soy noodles: reminds me of childhood. Shrimp rice rolls: their sauce was excellent and most places make it too sweet for me Turnip cakes: a little too oily but still tasty Salt and pepper pork chops: good cut of meat, lacking the salt and pepper taste Sugar cakes: not too sweet and good texture So happy to have authentic Chinese in Arizona after my move! That said, expectations adjusted, this spot delivers a solid yum cha experience for Arizona. As you pull in, you'll notice it's located in an unassuming strip mall. Inside, the atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect -- controlled chaos, with traditional steam carts rolling through a packed dining room filled with large family tables. The service is hit or miss, and with dim sum you often want your favorites right away, so sometimes you just have to wait for the cart to come around. Tried a variety of dishes. The Cheung Fun has always been a favorite of mine and it was decent. The Shumai, Har Gow, Char Siu Bao, Lo Bak Go, Taro, and of course Dan Tat (egg tarts) were all good. I think I'm officially done ordering Wu Gok though -- that one didn't do much for me and probably won't be on my list next time. Almost forgot, you can't have yum cha without Gai Lan, and as usual it was good -- honestly a dish that's hard to mess up. Overall, the best dim sum I've had so far in Arizona. PS -- thanks Joyce W for the recommendation. Saluti

I've very picky about my food, but my sweet tooth loves their egg & custard tarts, their mochi w/ peanut, the rice porridge, the pineapple buns. Their rice noodles (pork, beef, shrimp) are great, as is the sticky rice, the steamed buns w/ BBQ beef, the spare ribs, spicy cucumbers. All of it is good. We usually have a crowd of four to six, sometimes more, when we visit so we always have a plethora of food on our table. The staff is always friendly and smiling, even if sometimes there's a language barrier. We point, they provide, and we always manage to have full bellies & great laughs at Phoenix Palace. It's an adventure: authentic, lively, and full of energy with the carts flowing all around you, loaded with all kinds of delicious bites. Some of our other favorites are the salt and pepper shrimp, noodles, and shrimp egg rolls--the grease is absolutely worth it! Every visit feels like a little celebration, and it's a place we can't wait to return to again and again.

A gentleman that seems overly preoccupied with putting food items in a delivery bag. Every table has a reserved sign on it, so where would you like us to sit? It seems very unorganized. I would expect to see this type of restraunt in a suburban strip mall, rather than a higher scale shopping mall. Took easily 10 min to get our drinks to us. Twice we were offered other people's food, so there is a need to update POS systems or front of house management. The cheese puffs are very good. The orange chicken was more sweet than spicy. No presentation, just put on a plate and take it out. I felt like I was at someone's home, rather than a restaurant. Maybe that is the vibe they are going for. The dish was more like opening up a bag of chicken fingers then dump a sweet orange sauce. If anyone has had a frozen orange chicken meal, made by a company that is famous for their pies. A meal that can be purchased at your local grocery store...well, that is close to what we are talking about. It came out without any serving utensil. WTH? The Mongolian beef was more like pot roast and fatty. It certainly was not what I would consider spicy. Ambiance is VERY casual. There are regulars and they seem to be like family, so that is cool, once you have been accepted in the circle of trust. Maybe I am spoiled, because we tend to get very good Chinese in Las Vegas, due to the "Whales" coming in to gamble. Maybe this considered fabulous for Scottsdale, but certainly not what I was raised to expect. Now, it has been few weeks since my nephew and I tried this place. I wanted to let it breathe before posting "hot". To be fair. We were offered some dumplings to apologize for the wait. We declined, because I was afraid of what they may taste like. I asked for the check and the lady resisted saying that we hardly touched the food and she did not want to charge. This also was nice, but my ENTIRE working life has been in the hospitality/customer service/food service industry. They have bills to pay. They prepared the meal. They provided the service. They deserved to be paid. She apologized once again and said that they were using a new cook. I thought that I might be unusually over-critical however, my nephew, who resembles a trash compactor went away saying that there would be way he would ever get food from there. I wish this place well. Maybe there needs to be a better front of house/back of house dynamic. I can think of many things that would help.

I would've loved less dough, more soup, overall bigger portion size (larger dumplings or more of them). Otherwise, the soup itself was tasty. We also ordered the 14.
