Ordered delivery -- got here quick, everything tasted fresh. No complaints on speed or quality. The problem is size. For the price, I was expecting a meal, not what basically felt like a side salad with a bonus scoop of lettuce. Went with the Cobb, which turned out to be a Cobb in name only. No bleu cheese anywhere in sight. The roll on the side didn't help either -- more like a brick that had been sitting out since breakfast. And the "standard dressing" was Thousand Island. On a Cobb. Today was my first time at SaladWorks--and after what happened, it will absolutely be my last. I had a doctor's appointment scheduled for today so figured why not get a salad. When I took the lid off my salad, I was horrified to see an earwig bug crawling over the greens. I was in complete shock. I lost my appetite instantly and sat there staring at it for around 30 minutes, trying to process what I had just seen. The image is now burned into my memory, and honestly, I don't think I'll ever be able to unsee it. This wasn't just unappetizing--it was traumatizing. I'm writing this review as a warning to others: if you care about cleanliness, food safety, or just not being grossed out beyond belief, avoid this place. I wish I had read a review like this before going. Thankfully I had not tried a single bite or I would for sure be pressing charges. read more

They serve a good variety of freshly made and tossed salads (create your own or choose a signature salad), sandwiches, paninis, soups, cookies, Coke fountain drinks, and bottled drinks. The prices for most salads are $10.49 and sandwiches & paninis are $10.49. I decided to stop for a light dinner at Saladworks and ordered the Asian Crispy Chicken Salad ($10.49 plus tax) - under 500 calories - served with warm roll, which was quickly made fresh and served in a square clear plastic takeout box. The salad had a mix of super greens blend, sweet chili crispy chicken, mandarin oranges, sliced cucumbers, matchstick carrots, edamame, crispy wonton strips, sweet sesame dressing. I was excited to discover a new salad spot opened in Woburn. There are a lot of new shops and restaurants where there used to be nothing in that space which is exciting to see. This is located right next door to the Shake Shack so after you're good and get a salad you can wander over and get a shake. I ordered online and the process was easy. My only criticism is it should tell you if an add-on is extra money and how much. I assumed any add-on would cost extra but some are free to add on and some are a bit pricier than I'd like so as I had no indication when ordering I had to go in and edit once I saw the final price. Otherwise, online ordering is easy. The salads were ready before the stated time which was also nice. Walked in, greeted, grabbed my bag and on my way. Now, the most important part - the salads. They were SO good. And huge. Two people could easily have shared one and felt full. And, most important to me as a fan of things like cucumbers and veggies over just piles of lettuce, they are not lettuce filler heavy. There was tons of stuff going on in my salad. You have got to taste the brussels and the squash - wow! And whatever the green goddess dressing is - well, it's addictive. I ordered the Farmer's Market salad and added in some fun stuff like grapes and croutons. I also got Sophie's Salad and added in edamame. Price-wise - fantastic for the quality and quantity. Salad Works are part of the landscape of Philadelphia are and Southern NJ and are great options rather than fast food from McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, KFC or the Taco Bell's of the world. They offer a wonderful assortment of salads and my favorite is the Sophie. This new Woburn location does everything like their brethren down in NJ and PA. The salad was fresh and consistent with Lettuce, Blue Cheese, Walnuts, Vinaigrette and warm bread roll! This was hands down the WORST salad I've ever had. I ordered a make-your-own salad and was excited to eat it. When the food got delivered I was shocked. The crispy chicken tender I got on top was hard, felt frozen still, and tasted like it hadn't been cooked at all. The broccoli smelled rotten, the lettuce was wilted, the apples tasted so old. Some of these reviews are suspicious... I've ordered here 3 separate times and was disappointed all three times. I figured give them some time since they just opened, but it hasn't gotten better. literally airport food for $10. the quality of the salad was horrible and had no seasoning. the chicken was poached and had no flavor. the salad was entirely filler and had little to no toppings. the romaine is ice burg (the cheapest lettuce) and the quality of the all the ingredients was subpar. the dressings are flavorless and all the ingredients are just bland. do not go here and save yourself the trip by walking 50 feet to cava nextdoor. the only redeeming part of the meal was the customer service. read more
