After having Chopt yesterday, I was really in a salad mood! We are on a little road trip today and this was the closest thing I could find and let me tell you... this was so bland and disgusting... I'm not happy... we spent $40 on two salads and it wasn't worth it at all. The staff was not the friendliest but it seems like that at a lot of these places up north. But anyway... salad was kinda nasty. The Ranch was not delicious at all... ugh... I want my money back... but oh well... i won't be back... read more

This is by far the WORST SaladWorks I have ever dealt with. Constantly mess up orders, rude and WRONG always.  This is the location in in Christiana Mall and you deal with completely unprofessional individuals. Wont be ordering from here again! read more

It's hard to eat healthy at a mall in the US. Saladworks offers a good option however for such in the Christiana Mall. Inside the food court you'll find this gem. They offer the same great salad selections here as an independent restaurant. The prices are the same too. You can even do pick up or delivery with Uber Eats from this location. They accept coupons and you can use/get rewards points for this location. See website or app for hours, menu and more. read more

My sister and brother got a salad from here while I was working, when I got off they saved some for me to eat. surprise, we all wake up at 3am with diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. We all have food poisoning, I called to let them know and they didn't even say sorry, they didn't care at all. So there you have it, I will never be visiting another saladworks again. They have a previous review also mentioning a concern with spoiled food. I hope they at least threw away anything from the previous day to avoid anyone else getting sick but I doubt it. read more

I would consider myself a salad expert... and am a bit picky. I was put off by the long line... but saw that it moved very fast. My salad was amazing, and since everything being made looked good, I ordered a soup and cookie. They were both amazing! And the icing on the cake was the roll! O.M.Goodness... that was fantastic! Came here because I had to go to the apple store and the other options in the food court didn't seem as appetizing. I got the Tivoli salad. It wasn't bad but the ham and turkey could have been better. Needed a better selection of meat. I also would have liked if I could have gotten the dressing on the side. I chose the honey mustard dressing and they really drowned the salad in that. All in all, the ingredients tasted fresh and the greens were crunch and moist. The combination of price, taste, and value of the meal didn't warrant anything higher than a 3 star. Overall, I wouldn't mind coming back here again but definitely not my go to place. read more

Saladworks is a pretty good choice for food court lunch. It's a bit expensive for what it is, but I certainly appreciate a healthy option amongst other fast-food options. I like that you are allowed up to 5 toppings, and they do make sure to give ample amount of each one. The greens were pretty fresh, but I was disappointed that all of the options on the website were not actually available at this particular location. I also got a small bowl of vegetarian veggie soup (redundant!) which was pretty good. It was well stocked with cauliflower, broccoli, corn, onion, and other vegetables. The broth was flavorful and it was relatively low calorie. I enjoyed saladworks and would return next time I'm at the mall, but I don't know that I would necessarily go out of my way to get lunch there. read more

I recently stopped eating at the Saladworks near me because they no longer carry honey mustard. When I saw this location did, I ordered a chicken caesar wrap. My mistake. The sandwich had a strange taste and was not on the wrap I requested. It had a slight fishy taste. Because I feared that something had gone bad, I trashed the sandwich. At this point, I will pass on all Saladworks. If a location still has honey mustard, I'll wonder how old it was. I suspect the strange taste was the mustard. read more

This Saladworks is the same as every other: fresh ingredients, though sometimes you'll get a random topping you didn't ask for since they are stored open and surrounded by the other toppings (or maybe I just look like I'm a guy who likes his green beans). I like to create my own salad. Always ask for less than normal dressing, or you'll get sopping wet lettuce. read more

The tortilla soup has zero tortillas in it! You can't call tortilla soup tortilla soup with no tortillas inside. My daughter had a sandwich which was good. I went back to ask for tortillas for the soup and they insisted that there were tortillas already in the soup. They were angry because they thought I was too stupid to recognize tortillas in my soup, I was angry because there clearly were no tortillas in my tortilla soup, not even any soggy tortillas. The staff was rude. Oh well, I guess if you eat at Saladworks and don't get a salad, don't cry in your tortilla-less tortilla soup. read more

I'm a huge fan of a great salad, o when I saw this place in the mall while stopping through, I was elated!!! I got a create your own salad and was literally back the next day for another one. Then I went back a couple of days later and got a couple to take home. Every time I pass through DE, I try to make a point and stop by. There aren't many that are close to me :-( read more
