First off- they without a doubt, hands down, have the best rainbow cookies ever. They are the measuring stick I use to gauge all others, and I've yet to find a comparable match, or one that approaches. I stopped by this afternoon to grab a couple pounds, and the quality, taste, price were just how they were when I last had them...exceptional. While the rainbow cookies are certainly amazing, Patsy's is no one trick pony. They have a huge selection of tasty cookies, cakes, pastries, cannoli, fresh bread, Italian ice, and a host of other treats. The ambiance can best be described as that place where you go and instantly feel comfortable....you feel at home, like a regular- even on your first trip. Go on a Tuesday and it feels like a Sunday morning when everyone is going in early to grab bread for the evening's dinner. It's that place, and it's perfect. The service at Patsy's is impeccable. I was there at 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon, and there were at least 4-5 workers behind the counter masterfully taking orders, boxing and wrapping goodies, and ensuring all customers needs were met quickly with minimal waiting. Whether you're local to Lindenhurst or Long Island, or from far away and just in the mood for a great bakery (and rainbow cookie!) experience...you have to give Patsy's a try. You won't be disappointed!

This is a small and quaint bakery so it is a take out place just FYI. They have long hours usually 6:30 AM to 7pm on weekdays. Something different than these pastry shop chana etc. First off Terry was unbelievable sweet & friendly. He went out of his way to be helpful & patient with me because I couldn't decide on Flavors or the amount. I guess I am old school or maybe just plain weird but I really like making the HUMAN connection when I am out & about.... I feel like people just aren't very socia anymore ....for a number of reasons . ANYWAY , if you have not been to AhugaPie Shop you ABSOLUTELY MUST GO. So I guess most people would equate a sugar pie to a Whoopie pie. These sugar pies are pretty big and a half of one is more than enough. Terry told me some people buy them and cut them in half and freeze them and take them out as they want them. Which I think is a great idea and is which what I did because I do not live nearby, but I would definitely drive to the end of the Earth for more. It's just one of those places. And I am not a big sweet person put the cake is just always soft and flavorful and delicious. And the filling is the right amount of the flavor and whipped cream and sugar. I think they have like 10 or so flavors available every day and they switch them around. I've probably tried five or six different flavors over the past two years and again all of them were very consistently delicious and amazing. I can't even explain it . It's just perfect. I've had them a few times before when a coworker brought them in. And I finally got a chance to go myself. I was so happy to share the experience with my family.. personally I love the chocolate cake with the peanut butter filling. So if your peanut butter lover, OMG go go go!!! . The product is very consistent. They do have a very specific hours. And as Terry recommended, it's always best to call ahead and either order , check the flavors of the day . & or the shop hours. It kind of blew my diet, but it was well worth it.. please go you will not be disappointed.. the only negative thing I can say about my experience is I wish I had bought a more of a variety of flavors. But that's on me l. Thank you Terry for your kindness - people like you restore my faith in mankind. and you make a dang good SHUGA PIE

The rainbow cookie mix is great on its own. Whether it was donuts, cookies or cheesecake, everything was amazing. We got a little bit of everything to try. My two favorite were the black and white cookie, and the pignoli cookie. We were far from home so we were unable to buy the ice cream. I will definitely be buying it my next trip. Five stars!

I don't know how this food truck isn't on Yelp yet! YUM!…read more I visited this truck on a Saturday morning at the Seaford Farmer's Market. The ice cream sandwiches are HUGE. My friends and I (4 of us) split the chocolate chip cookie one and it was more than enough to satisfy our ice cream craving. It was delicious. AND...the best part...the outside of the sandwich, the chocolate chip cookie part, was SOFT. HALLELUJAH! It is so difficult to find someone, anyone, who can make a soft chocolate chip cookie that stays soft after it cools. And, considering in-between these two cookies was really cold ice cream, you gotta hand it to these 2 girls. Highly recommend. Affordable, great service, great food.

I got a chai latte and black & white cookie. I wanted to change my mind from the last review because the amount of people who were coming and going looked promising. Nope. My friend liked his cappuccino but disliked the cannoli. I'm very sad about this, I'm going to keep looking for a place to sit and have coffee/tea.
