Must admit the food here is quite tasty & fresh!! This spot definitely has become of my "go-to"s" when in this area. The food is fast, quick, and offers a good variety of menu items to mix in to the fold when it comes to looking for fast-casual places offering healthy options--like fresh vegetable and decent proteins. The menu is mostly comprised of hibachi eats, but surprisingly.....this place offers Pho and Noodle dishes as well. In similar fashion to Chipotle but just on an Asian fare tip....you walk down an assembly line of options starting with noodle/rice choices and assemble your bowl of delicious, healthy veggies, proteins and toppings. Place like this is my kind of playground. It gives you a chance to change things up every now and then......from the same old....same ole! On this day I came here and got a steak and jumbo shrimp bowl that was everything! The proteins were seasoned and packed with flavor. The veggies were cooked just right.....from the cabbage, carrots , pickled onions and mushroom toppings. Not to mention the portions were quite hefty....more than I can say than similar places like this that serves similar format....and we all know who I am referring to. In all, I always enjoy coming here. The customer experience and service is top notch. Not to mention, the food quality and fast has been pretty consistent and has not missed the mark! The establishment is always clean and the food stations are spotless. Ordered a bowl of pho for dine in, but don't expect any water. You'll have to pay for that!! Also, this is NOT your traditional sit down pho restaurant. Every order will come "to-go" style. You will have to pour your own boiling water broth into the bowl. The broth was bland, watered down and missing the typical rich pho flavor. And the noodles were overly starchy and chewy. In a typical pho restaurant, they will blanch the pho noodles in the broth to get rid of that. In this case, the cook took the dry noodles out of the bag and plopped it into a "to-go" bowl. I am Vietnamese and used to work in an authentic pho restaurant in San Jose. Don't expect traditional experience here. I've been to this restaurant several times and it has never disappointed. The space is clean, the staff is friendly, and they're patient while you're deciding what to order. I usually get the hibachi rice or noodle bowl with chicken teriyaki, and it's consistently tasty. Recently, I was craving pho but didn't want to travel far. I've tried the few pho options in this area before and was always disappointed, so my expectations were low. This time, I was genuinely shocked...in a good way. The pho was extremely flavorful and honestly exceeded my expectations. I was excited because now I don't have to go all the way to DC to get pho that actually has flavor. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're looking for something quick and convenient. There is seating available, but they also package food very well for takeout. Hands down the best pho I've had in this area. I ordered the pho from Sakurago (fresh hibachi & pho), and it completely exceeded my expectations. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and perfectly balanced -- you can tell it's made with care, not rushed. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the noodles to the herbs, and the portion was generous. I usually drive all the way to Alexandria, Virginia just to get truly good pho, so finding pho this good locally was a wonderful surprise. This is authentic, comforting, and absolutely worth coming back for. I also want to give a special shout-out to Dania, who helped me during my visit. Just say yes and order the food. I'm in the area visiting for a few days and we ordered dinner last evening as there were additional guests . We all ordered from here & Everyone enjoyed their bowls. We all ordered something different and they was just delicious. You should Definitely get that jalapeño sauce - Yum. I ordered a combo of the spicy chicken teriyaki with shrimp, tempura, and noodles. I should mention that I ended up eating a lot of of my daughter's bowl accidentally and she had a similar bowl with grilled shrimp instead of tempura, and her bowl was also quite yummy. in terms of service. I would say it was exceptional. The bowls are substantial - what you will see in my photo are leftovers. Because we had takeout, I can't tell you about the ambience. Sakura Go just opened up in the Woodyard Crossing Shopping Center - we saw the large 'Grand Opening' balloons and sign, so we knew we had to check them out! This is fast-casual, create-your-own hibachi type of a situation - for proteins, you can choose from steak, chicken, jumbo shrimp, teriyaki chicken, spicy teriyaki chicken, grilled salmon, shrimp tempura, crabmeat, or veggies; for the base, you can choose from white rice, fried rice, or noodles; toppings included roasted broccoli, sweet butter corn, roasted red bell peppers & onions, baked carrots, roasted cabbage, sweet & sour cucumber, pineapple, avocado, 3-cheese mix, crabmeat, fried onions, fried wonton chips, and shrimp chips; sauces include Yum Yum, cream jalapeno, spicy mayo, teriyaki, and spicy teriyaki. I recommend in going for their Combo Specials, since you can choose a mix of 2 or 3 proteins - we went for the Pick 2 Combo, going for the steak and the jumbo shrimp, with the noodles as the base and going for the roasted cabbage for the veggies; for the sauces, we requested the Yum Yum and the spicy mayo. Honestly, the food more than enough to feed 2+ people and actually pretty tasty! I'm a huge sauce person, and even the amount of sauce that they give you is very and overly generously-handed (just let the staff know if you want a lighter drizzle). The shrimp was large and deveined, and the steak was cooked well; both were very flavorful! I just wished the food was more piping hot, as it was just lukewarm. This is due to the fact that the bases and the proteins are already cooked and are on warmers, so you won't see any grilling action here. Note that when you request sauce the on the food, it's all free and as much as you want; however, any sauces on the side (that comes in a to-go condiment cup), the 1st one is free, but any subsequent sauces are at an extra charge. For drinks, we saw a sign for their Real-Fruit Strawberry and Peach Lemonade, so we got one of each; more on the sweeter side, I didn't care for the bits of fruit at the bottom; however, the drinks were refreshing! Hey friends! Y'all know that I'm going to find us the cheap, GOOD eats. This is definitely going into the affordable collection. For $15 I was very satisfied. Sakura Go is the same concept as Chipotle but hibachi style. I always get the Pick 2 combo. And since I'm a Picky Pescatarian I get the same 4 toppings lol. I also can't recommend a sauce because I hate sauce :). But they have extensive topping options from veggies, cheeses, and dressings. You can choose fried rice or noodles as your base and they offer various proteins. The shrimp is sooooo delicious. It's seasoned perfectly and juicy! Minus one point for the rice, it was not fresh on my last visit. There are plenty of tables to dine-in at. If you're introverted like me, this is the perfect place to dine-in at, there's never more than one person dining in. It's located inside of a shopping center so there's free, ample parking. The food is okay. Its not bad but its not something I would is really good either. Its a good portion size that you can stretch and have 2 meals. I had the salmon which is good. And my son had the shrimp. I paid like $30 for both bowls. The facility appears to be clean. The customer service was nice and friendly. Would I return....probably not. There are better options in my opinion. If you dont mind eating food that's just okay go for it. read more

Food was delicious. Only issue I had was whe I wanted extra sauce, of course it was extra, no problem, but, she brought me 10 extra and nothing to put them after already stapling my carryout bag. She then gave me a tiny piece of a bag that could barely hold three sauces. Her attitude re service was not the best towards me or other customers. That can cause customer loss. read more
