You simply let the wait staff know what you'd like from the menu. I recommend ordering 4-5 dishes at a time so you can pace yourself. The waiter/waitress will come by relatively frequently to check if you want to order more. Some of the items that I highly recommend are: appetizers - yellowtail jalapeno tataki, pepper tuna tataki, beef tataki, sexy jalapeno, grilled mussels yaki udon - it comes in a rice bowl so it's thankfully not a giant bowl of noodles. the fried rice is also the same portion size. any of the sushi, sashimi, handrolls I find that their specialty rolls have a bit too much rice (which makes them every filling) and that they're too large (they're full-size 8-10 piece rolls). I would have preferred half rolls so you can try more without getting completely stuffed after a couple. I saw my table neighbor order the habachi beef and vegetables, which he ate very quickly and deliciously so I will definitely try that next time. The desserts were ice creams (yay for green tea and red bean flavors), plus the regular strawberry, vanilla, choco flavors.
