I proceeded to enjoy a very strong whiskey flight (which means a lot coming from me), a seaweed salad that was a bit too crunchy or stiff, ikrua don, crab croquette and some admittedly super sticky, gummy, shrimp dumplings...like would not separate from the steamer paper sticky. While the offerings were not my cup of tea, the place is beautifully decorated and seems to fill up around dinner service so it may be worth the stop if you're in the area. Everyone was very nice and I always appreciate a spot offering jellyfish, takowasa, and takoyaki in Cypress. You can't ask for "free" sashimi by asking for no rice on their nigiri but that makes complete sense. The AYCE lunch menu is massive and it was hard to choose what I wanted to try.
