The baby shop sells baby clothing, accessories, toys, books, teething rings, and more...all beautifully displayed. I was taken aback by her curt comment and replied that I just assumed someone was in the back and her reply was "well obviously no one is in here". Confusing situation all around as I have never entered a closed store because generally I'm aware it is closed because the door is not wide open during the day..... I would never give this woman my business. Situation could have been handled way differently. A simple "oh I'm sorry, we're closed right now even though our store door is wide open, please come visit us when we're actually open at X time". Can't imagine she's running a successful business with her approach to customer service.

So rude, so snobby, so gross. I'll never be in again. Plenty of other stores will be happy to have my repeat business. This left a very bad impression of Healdsburg, I'm embarrassed for his mother and his employer.
