My favorite was the braised Japanese tofu and the sweet & sour fish. They debone the whole fish while maintaining a beautiful presentation on the plate. I would probably request dark meat for the chicken. The rice noodle rolls had the perfect chew and a silky smooth texture. My only small complaint was that they were a little skimpy on the shrimp as most of the rolls were just plain rice rolls. I also tried the wonton noodles. The noodles weren't soggy and the broth was flavorful. The wontons filling were mostly meat, though, so they weren't quite as bouncy as I prefer. I will definitely be back to try more dishes.
