A blissful experience. I can't wait to book my next appointment. I visited with my husband. We drove up from the Bay Area, and it was 100% worth the time. Parking was stress-free, and we had a fantastic outdoor lunch afterward. A perfect way to spend a day off. The experience at Saha was magical. Ellen was so friendly and walked us through the experience since we were both first-timers. The beautiful lobby put us right at ease. After 30 blissful minutes in the dry sauna (with our own music playing via the handy Bluetooth hookup--amazing!), we each went to our own float room. I enjoyed the mood lighting and starlit ceiling for a while, and then I went for a total blackout. I lost sense of time completely. The feeling was hard to describe. As a regular meditator and yoga practitioner, I appreciate this perfect setting to connect body and mind with zero distractions. Floating is a new practice for me, and I think I'll get even more out of it the more I go. I cannot recommend the experience highly enough. I found this on a whim, looking for just an infared sauna in the area. I decided to try the float experience as well out of curiosity and I was BLOWN AWAY!!!! I became a member exactly 3 days, and 3 floats later. First of all the place is serene, spotless, and the staff were all warm, genuine, and extremely pleasant. Now for the float. I went into it with only one expectation, that maybe my skin would feel great, because I've had the privilege of traveling to the Dead Sea in person and my skin was amazing afterward. Here are my results: I left the tub in an almost euphoric state. I'm a nurse, and I've found myself struggling with anxiety and depression since the pandemic started so random euphoric state would have been more than enough for me to want to come back, but there's more. My blood pressure dropped about 15 points (SBP) and my DBP dropped about 20 points and has remained that way the days following. I run borderline 140's/90's and have a PRN BP med that doesn't lower my pressure. I lost 4 lbs. I'm a person that has always had fluid retention and inexplicably and with no other changes I lost 4 lbs after 3 days of floating back to back. And, yes, my skin felt amazing. Worthwhile experience! Did this to treat a friend getting married and we both enjoyed it. The whole building including reception and the float rooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing. Loved the starlight option in the float tanks. Appreciated the tea they have available for before or after your float. My only points of feedback would be that the water being a few degrees warmer would be nice (maybe as an option) and I would have liked a bit more substantial head support for the float. I had my first floating experience at Saha and it was an overall great experience. Alison, working the front desk embodied the calm ambiance of Saha. She was very informative and made it an enjoyable experience. I did the infrared sauna first and it was nice to have the sauna to myself. I was able to connect my music to the sauna blue tooth or just listen to the spa music. Afterwards I was escorted to me a private float room. Before and after floating you will need to shower ( shower is in the same room as the float tank). It took me about 5 min to get truly settled sometime because I got the water in my eyes twice, but once I settled in I found the floating aspect interesting. I expected it to be like floating in regular water but the salt solution holding you up, you could fall asleep and never sink. I think I dozed in and out of sleep a couple of times. I was able to keep the light I selected on or turn it off, and the top of the tank had lights that mimiced stars. I found that I enjoyed having only the star lights on. When my hour was up, I showered and had a complimentary cup of tea. I was so at ease and relaxed I was able to run errands and stay out for most of the day after. I found I had loads of energy after. I loved it and would highly recommend if you're feeling stressed or need silence/ alone time to decompress. I will be visiting again! read more

I heard about this brother-sister duo in Sacramento who had opened a float spa and, when I was there for a day trip, I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed in the least. I am an overthinker (like many) and can struggle to relax at will. Just came in today with my boyfriend and it was such a great experience! We have been floating before but this is our first time to Saha. We were greeted by Ellen and she was super informative and friendly. I purchased the "Holiday Special 2" through their website which includes two 30 minute sauna sessions and two one hour floats for $90. The infrared sauna is nice and roomy for two and lined with towels - it was very clean and SO relaxing. (I just wish we could stay in it longer, but we are sauna people and can handle an obscene amount of time) Next was the one hour float - Ellen led us into the rooms and went over all the steps - the room has a great rain shower head and had all the necessary items. The tank is HUGE - after I laid down I never even felt the edges. I was so comfortable I fell asleep until the music came on. I would also like to add that I love all the little thoughtful details provided in the experience like makeup wipes, robes, lots of towels, combs, and amazing hair and skin products. I would normally never use hair care products out of my normal ones but today I used their shampoo and conditioner and it actually detangled my messy hair! So awesome! Me and my boyfriend did individual floats for Valentines today. Super nice staff and great ambience, no wait at all. The instructions were very nice and all was accounted for to make it easy and relaxing. I have a fear of the dark, but turning off the lights was a powerful feeling (you can choose to keep them on) and this float was actually fun and really nipped that fear and we both agree we had a good time! My only thing of advice though, (me and my boyfriend are 5'10 and 6 foot) if you are on the taller side the square rooms of 3/4 probably won't be as relaxing. I was constantly bumping into the edges which sometimes made it weird to feel floaty. But besides that, super cool feeling, I would recommend, especially those with attention problems or tense muscles. read more

This was my first float tank experience. It was wonderful! I was very skeptical about it at first but my curiosity got the best of me. The facility is clean and the staff is welcoming. I did the infrared sauna first followed by the float tank. The effects lasted all day (I had my session in the morning). The next morning I still felt the wonderful Zen effects until I had to get on the I-5. Needless to say, that was the end of that!
