I had never floated before and wanted to treat myself for my birthday. The place is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. The girl helping me so great and walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable. The float itself felt so amazing and helped with my neck pain I struggle with. It felt sooo good to have that release of tension. After the float you're given a 15 grace period to shower and get dressed. Once you're done, they offer you tea or water and can sit and color if you'd like. I am definitely doing this again! read more

Today was the first time I tried out a float spa. Wow! What a wonderful experience!! Saha is a beautiful, clean environment with attentive friendly staff ready to assist you through your float journey. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was beyond relaxing and made for a lovely staycation. I tend to be a bit claustrophobic but the sauna and the float tank had ample room and fresh air. My husband and I tried out Saha before they opened to the public. It's such a beautiful and relaxing spa! We didn't know what to expect since it was our first time at a float spa. The owner was very informative and they were prepared for everything! The spa is set up with spacious, individual rooms that include a shower for before and after, all the shower accessories you might need, and your float pod. I think the only extra item I will bring next time is a bag for my wet bathing suit. Definitely a relaxing and unique experience. Highly recommend & will be returning! read more

Love this place! I've never tried a float spa before this, but I'm glad I finally got the opportunity. It's a really cool experience. The spa is very welcoming and calming as soon as you walk through the door. There is a nice waiting area with a beautiful living wall, comfy seating, and soothing music. The check-in was easy and quick, and then they guide you to a private room with its own shower and floating tank. They explained how everything worked and then leave you be. The session lasted about an hour and the lights and music turned on automatically towards the end of the session so you know when to leave the tank. They offered complimentary makeup remover, gel, body wash, ear plugs, robe, and anything else you might need so you don't have to worry about what to bring. The tank itself was quite large and you had the option of turning on the bottom lights, star lights on the ceiling, or having it completely black. You can really feel the "floating" effects immediately when you step in the tank. And the water is almost body temperature so you can kind of forget its even there. It was pretty interesting to try sensory deprivation and get the feeling of zero gravity. You couldn't help but let your muscles and mind relax. If you are looking for a place to unwind and de-stress, give this place a shot! read more

So happy this place has finally opened its doors! From the ambiance to the thoughtful receptionists, my experience at Saha was second to none. Best part about the experience was their huge cabins! I was a little worried I'd be claustrophobic getting in, but these float cabins are huge! Such a great experience overall and highly recommend this place for anyone interested in wellness. One of my new, favorite float centers! The staff is super friendly. After I mentioned the temperature I like to float at, they called me back and told me they couldn't accommodate that exact temperature on the day I was scheduled to float due to the next person after me, and they were happy to refund my money. I decided to float anyway because it had been so long, and this was my last opportunity to float for a while. I did not regret my decision! The rooms are very well designed, and the "open air" style float tank is, in my opinion, better than pods. I didn't even mind the "warm bath water" (95 degrees) versus my ideal float temperature of 91.5 or 92 degrees. I will most certainly come back and float with them again. You can even extend your float if no one is floating immediately after you. Superb! If they offered night floats, I might just move to Sacramento to live next to this place :-) read more

Every last detail is taken into account. The impressive rooms with incorporated showers and a floor I wanna take home. The pool itself is immaculate. The products provided, from body wash, shampoo and conditioner to q tips, ear plugs, a flotation pillow, flip flops and a robe. Beat of all... no suit needed beyond your birthday outfit! The experience took some time getting used to... it's been decades since I've floated in South America!!! But once in and connecting deep inside, the salt from my tears rivaled the salinity of the pool. I was 8 years old when I first visited the Dead Sea ... I'll be bringing my 8 year old in to have her experience something like it until we can travel again. A family owned business worth supporting. All CDC guidelines are observed. read more

Wonderful place to go to relax! I had never experienced a salt float before going to Saha Float Spa. I had been experiencing next and shoulder pain from tension and muscle spasms, and wanted to find a way to relax. The spa is super clean, and aesthetically designed. In the float chamber you have the option of lights on/off, or a star covered ceiling, which I selected. You can choose total silence, or relaxing music. The staff is super friendly. My soak was so wonderful and relaxing. They have a little head float that you can use, but I chose not to use it, and felt more comfortable on my neck. There is a rain fall shower in your private room, so after your float you can shower. They also provide a combs and hair dryer, so you can on about your day after your soak. I highly recommend Saha Float Spa. I can't wait to attend my next float appointment! read more
