The only reason I give 3 stars is because the water was not warm enough for me and I had goose bumps the entire float. It was not cold but luke warm at best. I asked for the heat to be turned up but I never felt any difference. Other than that I enjoyed the float and will return again but next time I'll let them know ahead of time I like my water very warm like bath water. Pros: easy check in, very kind receptionist, location easy to find, clean facilities, nice arrangement of teas offered for free, the hot shower being in the same room as your float is a plus, make up wipes, ear plugs, body wash, shampoo and conditioner was all provided which was great. Loved the option to completely black out the room, No annoying "upselling" at check out. Appreciated the tips online such as no shaving the day before. I would definitely recommend this place but let them know ahead of time if you like your water hot so they can prepare it for you. read more

My wife surprised me with the intro float package which consist of three 60 minute float sessions for $149 ! My first visit was amazing !! When you enter the facility the staff are super welcoming and friendly, it's super clean, and calming. The showers are amazing ! You must rinse off before and after floats. Which is understandable and helpful to helping you relax. You are always provided with your own ear plugs. I chose Room #1 my first two visits and I loved it. I like that fact that I completely relax to where I wake up and have floated to an entirely different side lol. The plus is you have the option for music or no music, and you can also turn the lights off while floating, but you still have the stars above. My last visit I chose room #3 which resembled a bathtub. It was very comforting and relaxing. I'm not the traditional spa girl. This was my first experience doing floats and I am hooked. I've been lacking on my self-care but this hour and a half in the sauna and float tank relaxed all the built up tension I had as well as detoxed my body. My wife surprised me and took me to this float spa as part of my birthday weekend in Sacramento. Overall I enjoyed the experience. My interactions with the staff was great. They were nice and courteous and gave clear and concise instructions. Once my treatment began, I noticed that the music was kind of loud and that the water was much colder than I preferred. I was given instructions to press a certain button if I needed assistance, but no one ever came. I relayed these concerns to the staff afterwards and was informed that the water temperature is preset to the temperature of the human body and cannot be changed. After reading some of the reviews from other customers whose water temperatures were personally adjusted, I'm beginning to wonder if I was given incorrect information. I'd like to go back someday, but I'd need to know that these things could be addressed prior to the float. read more

I was introduced to Saha by my husband. I was hesitant initially but finally decided to go. The first time felt like the longest 60 minutes of my life. I wasn't impressed. My husband suggested I go again that I wasn't in the right frame of mind. OMG he was so right. I signed up for a monthly membership. My friend and I go every month for self care time. It is something I look forward to and the epsom salt helps relieve aches and pains as well as softens my skin. I highly recommend Saha Float Spa. My BF & I are total devotees after 2 incredible float experiences & a 30 min sauna prior to our last float. For me, 9 months of remote work at a desk when I typically put on 15k steps a day at work is wrecking my body...my aching muscles need any kind of body work I can find but all massage, chiropractic and acupuncture are basically out nowadays. Also, over summer, I had a bad case of Covid & pneumonia for two months. My lungs still aren't right & I can tell the float time & salt has really helped them begin to fully heal. The therapeutic element of this experience was worth way more the bill so thank goodness I found this particular float spa! Also, don't even get me started on the STAFF; All fo them are so incredibly kind and welcoming. I was given this experience as a gift from a friend. Not knowing what to expect from this. I went in thinking that this was nothing more than some soft music in a big tub... Let me be the first to apologize to the wonderful owners, Ellen and Dr. Rami! I am truly a believer now. My experience included an hour long sauna session. in which One of the owners herself came and set up our sauna temperature and made sure we had drinking water and towels and gave us a full rundown before making sure we were tucked away nice and tight and comfortable. After the sauna,I felt more than relaxed and I would have been perfectly fine going home and resting. Well little did I know, I was about to experience something that would allow me to watch my anxiety and stress float away. While in the flotation chamber you have many options for soft music, no music or intermittent periods of music and silence. I was also able to select if I wanted no lights, starlight or just blue light. I decided to go with soft music and starlight and let me tell you... When I closed my eyes I thought I had only been there for 15 minutes. I actually completed the session in what seemed like a blink of an eye. Walking out of there I felt like a completely renewed person. All of the tension that was in my neck and my back had dissipated. The anxiety that I had going into this somehow magically felt like it had been alleviated. I walked in a skeptic and walked out relaxed, calm and collected! In addition to the exceptional customer service (provided by the owners). I was lucky enough to have one of the owners Dr. Rami there which helped with my anxiety a great deal. This experience has definitely given me a new perspective and insight into alternative therapy methods. A customer for life. I was given great instructions to prepare and was given great customer service once I got there. it was such a warm and comfortable space and clean and private. After 30 minutes in a private infrared sauna, I prepared for my 1 hour float. omg what a treat it was. once in the warm salted float i became totally relaxed and felt like I was somewhere in another universe. The float itself was very calming, they have optional music and or lights in the room if you need help relaxing or get nervous in the dark. I went full sensory deprivation, no light no music and that's what I would recommend for a first timer to get the full experience. I had an incredible time here! My husband & i did just the float for 60minutes & the time FLEW by! The entire 60minutes was so peaceful & quiet. I will most definitely be back! This was my first experience at a float spa. The atmosphere was cute, but I expected more. Upon checking in, you are asked to store your shoes away into a cubby and then you select a pair of used (but supposedly sanitized) gray flip flops. I understand the cost effectiveness of reusing flip flops buuuut that just seemed gross to me. Then while you wait for them to prep the room, you get to enjoy tea in the waiting room, if you choose. You then get called back into the room and the employee briefly explains the process. I booked the circular room which was a perfect size for me (I'm 5'3"). I was able to starfish and still have a few inches in perimeter without bumping into the sides. After some time, my neck started to hurt, so I used the neck float that was hanging by the tank. There was a little rust on it. My session lasted an hour. When I got out of the tank to rinse off, the tank started bubbling. I was under the impression they drained the water and refilled for the next session, but idk if that's the case. After getting dressed, I used the nearby restroom to finish getting ready. They provide biodegradable combs which I thought was a nice touch. This was a nice first time experience, but I would definitely try out another place. read more

Really nice facility. I did a sauna and float session for my birthday. I've done float sessions before and this is the best experience I had. The sauna was a nice little space for 1 or 2. They do provide a robe, but if you're plus sized you might want to have a back up. I appreciated the fact that I could connect my phone to the sauna via Bluetooth for music. The float spa and shower are all contained in the same room which was very efficient. The staff were excellent in communicating the how-to's for the float session. I was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep. The starlight on the ceiling of the float spa was my favorite feature because it was just the right amount of ambient light for a relaxing experience.
