This drug store has the typical things like over the counter medications and a place where you get prescriptions. But there is a lot of great gifts here that really puts a retro swing to the place. They have things like beard oil, mustache wax and hold the phone... horehound candy? This was something my grandma enjoyed and it's extremely rare to even find it. Yes, it tastes very intense and is from a completely different era but at one time it was common place in drug stores. They have lots of other great gifts like tea pots, incense sticks , an eclectic assortment of socks, very nice grooming kits and just a whole bunch of other great retro inspired stuff that was once staples in drug stores of yesteryear. Definitely a great stop to make to pour over all of the unique merchandise they have!

The pharmacy staff are mostly nice, except for the pharmacist with the glasses who is consistently rude and condescending. If something is not in stock, they never tell you even when it could be medically important. They give varying prices depending on who you talk to and the prescriptions are never ready in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, no one answers the phone and occasionally they pick up and hang up. My new pharmacy has been consistent, communicative and nice and I am SO glad I switched and would never ever in a zillion years go back. I realize they are probably overworked and understaffed but maybe they need to refer clients to other stores in the area. Please do something about location this for those poor souls that remain there. The entire store is inadequately stocked, but the cashiers are all very nice. They are constantly telling me that the doctor/insurance company is denying a refill for whatever reason, while the doctor/insurance company tells me that Walgreens isn't responding to calls or emails. I was moved here from a Walgreens that closed, and I will be going somewhere else after I get everything refilled this time. So after suffering all through the night, I finally got medical help at 400 AM on New Year's Day. The only issue was that there are no pharmacies for prescriptions in the Seattle area that are open 24 hours or on a holiday except this location. I called to make sure they were open before my doctor filed the prescription-the person on the phone (later I found he was the pharmacist) wanted to make sure he had the medication before I made the drive out, which was so kind because I was in so much pain. When I got there, it was about 20 miles. There were about 4 cars in the drive-up pharmacy lane, and 1 person in the store waiting in front of me. The pharmacist was by himself, working and taking care of a lot of people on a holiday was unbelievably kind, empathetic, and had a smile on his face for all the people picking up. This is the kind of customer service you expect when you are feeling miserable...
