We stopped in while visiting Sedona, and after a few not-so-warm encounters elsewhere in town, this place was a breath of fresh air. The staff were genuinely kind and even tossed out a few food tips while we browsed ... always a plus in my book! The store itself felt like Trader Joe's cooler, quieter cousin ... great selection, organic options, clean layout, and (bonus!) no crowd battles in the aisles. They had everything we needed without overwhelming us. Overall, it was seamless, pleasant, and one of the better stops we've made while grocery shopping on the road. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!

Being that we were pretty tired, it was nice to have a compact grocery store to find everything we needed rather than a gigantic box store. There was some blood this time! I took all the chicken off down to the bone to see just how bad it was. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint because it had to be thrown away and I'm not a fan of wasting food or money. Now we'll have to stop somewhere else for food since it's not safe to eat.

My invalid wife needs 12 prescriptions and we are constantly faced with potentially critical health issues because of their inability to do their job! This is a one or two star company and after looking further that is also the company's nation wide average. Even some area grocery stores have better service and higher ratings. The Good The Bad The Ugly…read more Good: Sometimes roll right in and get what Doc ordered in less than a minute. The Bad: Right now is an older lady manning both lanes, she can't understand even when yelling loudly and saying letters and numbers clearly. She is deaf and guesses birthdays, and names, not even listening. I heard her do this with the customer in the 2nd lane and in front of me, not just myself. She can be either fake friendly or downright rude, either way she makes me feel like I shouldn't even exist. Cashier number #2747843. 2pm 3/11/26, Prescott Valley, Windsong. The Ugly: The 2nd lane should just not be on. Most people hang left, and then someone will cut the whole line to go to the right lane with the vacuum and speaker. People can't understand either party with the speaker and all the good people in the left lane get cut off, and their wait greatly increased. This is SOOOO frustrating, when this pharmacy is already not a great experience.
