I stood there for a while, when the girl at hot foods came over to let me know the deli counter was closed. Apparently someone didn't show up and she was too busy to help customers. This means I have to go to another grocery store so I went to checkout with what I had in the cart. There were 2 cashiers and 1 bag person standing all looking at their phones doing nothing. This place is poorly run and managed. I know it is hard getting help but geez. This is the last time I will be going to this grocery store. Worst customer service ever!!! This pharmacy is run by mumbling bumbling idiots!!! We switched to the Idaho Springs pharmacy from the Fraser pharmacy a few years ago due to poor service. We have had basically good service until several months ago when they revamped the pharmacy with all new staff. JENNIFER is rude, disrespectful, belligerent, incompetent, can't speak without mumbling, can't explain anything, can't do her job!!!!! This explains most of the other employees also!!! And she will yell at you and then hang up on you if she doesn't like your tone or you ask for a manager. The manager is also incompetent!!!!! This place can't get prescriptions right!!! It is a wonder that any of them got through school to be pharmacists or assistants!!!! This pharmacy should just close at this rate before they before they kill someone if they haven't already!!! Please save yourself the stress, anxiety and your sanity and Don't go here!!! We are switching to Walmart despite the 40 minute drive!

Setting aside how you may feel about their political behavior, it's just not a good place to shop anymore. Today I was there and they had no lint roller refills. Not out of stock, they just don't carry them anymore. A wall of essentially identical new rollers with wasteful plastic handles. Presumably they make more selling the new sets and plastic waste be damned. An entire aisle of fruit gummies and applesauce squeezy packets, not a single package of raisins. In the entire store, not even the yogurt-covered ones (c'mon, they're basically candy- surely you can squeeze those in w the other sugary garbage?). The carts at this specific store either roll badly or not at all. I could go on and on. They're all tiny little nit-picky things which seem petty to even complain about, but they add up. I guess the people who make these decisions are betting (praying?) that people will keep shopping in spite of it. *They don't care if you complain as long as you keep spending.* The only thing consumers can do is vote w our feet. So that's what I'm doing.
