I am not a fan of Walmart in general, but this is by far the worst Walmart I have ever visited. First, finding the entrance to the store was difficult. We parked in the front of the mall and walked several minutes to find the entrance inside of the mall only to discover they closed that entrance in January 2025 due to "safety reasons". This should have been a sign to cut our losses and go shopping elsewhere. We drove around to the other side of the mall to enter. Upon entering, it was clear that the staff has issues keeping up with stocking the shelves. Many items were locked likely due to shoplifting and other "safety issues" present at this store. The most disappointing part of our visit was the lack of produce. We wanted to buy fresh fruit and vegetables, but all we found was frozen and canned items. This is unacceptable for any grocery store. We will not be returning to the store and will warn our friends and family that may passing through the area to steer clear.

They have great store hours, I love that I can leave a voicemail and someone will call me back. Also, one thing I hated about Walgreens was that prescribers (Doctors/NPs/PAs) couldn't jump the line and had to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to the pharmacist. What prescriber has time for that? At CVS, the first question they ask you is if you're calling from a doctor's office which means my doctors can easily call in for me if they need to speak to the pharmacist about a medication. I'm just really impressed with the care I've had here. I was so sad when Rite Aid closed but I'm very glad to have found a place just as great.

Horrible customer service and some of them are downright rude. They do not give half a dog turd about you and make you stand like idiots. It takes seconds to hand medication out how do i know, because when they actually take care of customers, the interactions of a pickup are typically 1-2 mins. They refuse to just handout medications and will take hrs to do god knows what, I am in line right now have been for one hour and for 30 mins NOT A SOUL was behind the counter doing god knows what.

I hurt a leg earlier on this trip, and am on crutches, and move very slowly. There were several things: 1. WalMart prohibited us from using a cart to take our RV. Perhaps "Alex" needs to spend some time on crutches to see what it is like. We were simply unable to get out purchases to the RV in any reasonable way. Finally, without any help from WalMart we were able to get the RV close enough to a door to load it. 2. While the RV was there, we were approached by somebody apparently with WalMart, who questioned what we were doing. When I pointed out that we had no help with what we had just bought from WalMart, he acted incredulous. When I pointed out that WalMart was discrimination against people with disabilities, first he laughed, then he started baiting me. Mr WalMart really should relocate to a more appropriate country. 3. I'm from several hundred miles away, but if I were local, I would already have contacted an attorney. The total contempt WalMart holds people with disabilities, even minor, temporary injuries such as mine, is contemptible. They are UnAmerican and should not be allowed to do business in this country until they seriously change.
