Everyone I've dealt with has been kind and helpful and I wish I would have gone to them first after Rite Aid closed. They have great store hours, I love that I can leave a voicemail and someone will call me back. Also, one thing I hated about Walgreens was that prescribers (Doctors/NPs/PAs) couldn't jump the line and had to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to the pharmacist. What prescriber has time for that? At CVS, the first question they ask you is if you're calling from a doctor's office which means my doctors can easily call in for me if they need to speak to the pharmacist about a medication. I'm just really impressed with the care I've had here. I was so sad when Rite Aid closed but I'm very glad to have found a place just as great.

They DO NOT fill meds, you literally have to go in person wait in line tell them to fill it because they refuse to do it on their own, via text, call(they dont answer) or via app. Just about any method. Horrible customer service and some of them are downright rude. They do not give half a dog turd about you and make you stand like idiots. It takes seconds to hand medication out how do i know, because when they actually take care of customers, the interactions of a pickup are typically 1-2 mins. They refuse to just handout medications and will take hrs to do god knows what, I am in line right now have been for one hour and for 30 mins NOT A SOUL was behind the counter doing god knows what.

Then, when you go to check out in the self checkout line---every single time--an employee comes over before I have even scanned something and says---can I help you? Do you need a bag? Remember to put your extra care card number in! ---like damn I went to the self checkout line so I didn't need to talk to you. If I need a bag I'll ask. No I don't need help that's why I came to self checkout. And yes I will remember to put my extra care card number in I'm not stupid. The store never has anything, isn't well stocked, yet they have too many employees who have nothing to do but bother customers.

When I called, that's when I found out my prescription would not be filled, and I would have to find another pharmacy. I am out of my meds and now have to scramble to hopefully get my prescription filled by today. This is important information to give to a patient, and I was not informed until my prescription is completely out.
