Would give it 0 stars if I could. The pharmacy is horrible. They have messed up my children's prescriptions 5 times in the the past 6 months. Also, they take walk ins before scheduled appointments for vaccinations. This has happened twice to my family. read more

Cheapest place in town to buy my usual brand of beer: Natural Light. They don't really have enough people working there sometimes so sometimes the checkout lines can get a bit lengthy. Kind of a slow checkout much of the time, anyway, as I often walk into the store, walk all the way to the back and, when I come back to checkout, the same person is checking out as when I first came in. In fairness, much of the time it's the customer that slows the checkout down. I'd probably give it a 2 or 3 but since they have the cheapest beer, I'll give them a 4. read more

I only go to Rite-Aid to use the pharmacy, but I will probably be switching soon. They were pretty good until several months ago when something changed with their supply system. It used to be that I could just walk-in and they would have my prescription ready in a few minutes. Now, I have to wait until the next day for the medications I need because they no longer keep them in stock and have to order from a distribution center 200+ miles away! The amount of the drug that I take varies, so I often don't know that I am going to need a refill until the last minute. This has led to me running out many times now. I still like their service and convenient location but I can't recommend them at this point. read more

Rite Aid in Eureka,Ca. Has the worst pharmacist! She is rude and you can't understand stand her. She won't slow down to explain what your asking. I had a new medication, she came up to the register put her finger on something and walked away. I then said hello can you tell me what I'm talking? She said in a few minutes...! So I stood there waiting for well over 5 mins. She acted like I was not waiting. So I left. read more

Fuck this place. I've never been able to get out of this place in less than 15 minutes, even if you know what you are looking for. The staff is never helpful and look like they are waiting to die. There is one lady on the register that wears too much makeup that will not acknowledge your existence in line. Make the extra 5 minute drive to Safeway to get your shit. Fuck this place! read more

Usually has fantastic service and a great selection of necessities and things you definitely don't need but want really badly. Today however, the woman who bagged my groceries, while always kind, had what looked like a terrible fungal infection in her fingernails. I had to spray everything down with disinfectant. She absolutely should have been wearing gloves, and I'm highly disappointed with management for not asking her to. I certainly won't be going back for awhile. read more

I like this Rite Aid pretty well, although their prices are in general higher than many other stores. The employees are pleasant, but I have a couple complaints. First, they call their workers "wellness ambassadors," and that to me means they should look reasonably healthy. Well, for years, this Rite Aid had an extremely obese woman working there, hardly your picture of health. She's now gone. About the pharmacy, it's usually fairly together, but the other day I went in to pick up an Rx. An older guy was ahead of me, and all 3 pharmacy people dealt with this one guy, not giving me any acknowledgement whatsoever. Their eyes were glued to a computer monitor for a very long time as they tried to figure something out. My question is, why couldn't anyone acknowledge my presence? Also, the pharmacist looks like a teenager straight out of high school. Another complaint about the pharmacy: I have stood patiently waiting to pick up my Rx and very often a customer gets in line in front of me buy several bottles of hard liquor. This really unnerves me, and when someone purchases non-pharmacy items at the pharmacy, I don't know why a second cash register can't be opened up. read more
