In my 15 years of being a member here i have never once been mistreated or rudely talked to. Anytime I ask for anything everybody is above and beyond, smiling and so willing to help. This is legitimately one of the only institutions in Humboldt county where you don't hate to go to, because the people aren't awful and hate their lives. I am not a fan of Walmart in general, but this is by far the worst Walmart I have ever visited. First, finding the entrance to the store was difficult. We parked in the front of the mall and walked several minutes to find the entrance inside of the mall only to discover they closed that entrance in January 2025 due to "safety reasons". This should have been a sign to cut our losses and go shopping elsewhere. We drove around to the other side of the mall to enter. Upon entering, it was clear that the staff has issues keeping up with stocking the shelves. Many items were locked likely due to shoplifting and other "safety issues" present at this store. The most disappointing part of our visit was the lack of produce. We wanted to buy fresh fruit and vegetables, but all we found was frozen and canned items. This is unacceptable for any grocery store. We will not be returning to the store and will warn our friends and family that may passing through the area to steer clear.

They DO NOT fill meds, you literally have to go in person wait in line tell them to fill it because they refuse to do it on their own, via text, call(they dont answer) or via app. Just about any method. Horrible customer service and some of them are downright rude. They do not give half a dog turd about you and make you stand like idiots. It takes seconds to hand medication out how do i know, because when they actually take care of customers, the interactions of a pickup are typically 1-2 mins. They refuse to just handout medications and will take hrs to do god knows what, I am in line right now have been for one hour and for 30 mins NOT A SOUL was behind the counter doing god knows what.
