Communication is unreliable -- sometimes you're notified when a prescription is ready, other times it's been sitting there without any notice. Overall, the service feels dismissive and lacks any sense of customer care. I've since switched to Amazon Pharmacy, where prescriptions are delivered directly to my home almost always the same day as ordering (for the same price as going to a physical pharmacy) -- no dealing with rude staff or waiting wondering if your prescription is ready. Today I stood in line to pick up a prescription that they placed on routine refills, is way too early, and they've text constantly over the last week to come pick up. As I reached the pick up counter I was told "um sorry it's past 1 PM and we close for lunch between 1 and 2". Me "so I can't pick up my 1 prescription?" Pharmacist, "no you need to come back in an hour". The pharmacy tech would have rung be up in 1 min tops (no co-pay) and I'd be gone. Now I'm pissed enough that I'll be transferring my prescriptions to Fred Meyer. I know these employees don't care but maybe if they go the way of Rite Aid they'll figure it out. I took off a star because of the customer service. They staff isn't cold. They are friendly. It's just. They are so skittish. Always looking around. Always finding ways to avoid everyone. I just get this impression it's like "yes I'm here to help....if you can find me!!!" It's just seems so...."please come in, get what you need, and go". It just didn't feel right. So my wife decided to read the back of the packet of the treats. Turns out that they were expired. November 2025. I tried going into Walmart and letting them know about this, all they did was take down my phone number and tell me that I was going to get a call. Three days have passed and still complete silence. In my book, this is unacceptable. I feel bad for my puppy, but I also feel bad for us. It is not a easy task keeping up with this guy when he can't control his bowels.

I would like to share some concerns about my experiences in the optical department. On several…read moreoccasions, my interactions with Rochelle have felt unhelpful and, many times, passive-aggressive. I've left multiple conversations feeling frustrated, discouraged, and without the information I needed to make informed decisions. In my most recent visit, I explained to Rochelle that my husband had purchased my glasses as a Christmas gift and that I wasn't completely sure if they were bought at Costco, but it was very likely. Earlier that day, I had called and spoken with someone in the optical department who advised me that there were options available either they could look up proof of purchase through my membership or I could pay a fee to have my prescription added to my current eyewear. When I came in later that evening, Rochelle was the only person available. After I explained the situation, her response was extremely rude and implied I was lying. When I asked what my options were, I was told that I did not have any. I shared that I had already spoken with someone earlier and did not appreciate feeling like information was being withheld. I then asked to speak with a manager. A young man that was manager came over shortly after, he said he was unsure how to handle the situation. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and defeated, and decided to leave. Because this has happened more than once with Rochelle, I've started to feel uncomfortable seeking services there, as I worry about having another negative interactions. I value clear, respectful communication and would really appreciate a more supportive and consistent experience moving forward. The store overall is a good experience definitely room for improvement in customer service all around with workers and improvement on better quality items.

Also their pricing is very flexible (not in a good way). I would be very leery of shopping here. I immediately transferred all of my prescriptions to another local pharmacy and will not shop here for incidentals anymore. If I had been able to give them zero stars I would have.
