When I've been charged for items I didn't receive (I only responded to their feedback requests that you get when you do curbside delivery two times where my order was a bit too messed up for even me) they've made it more than right each time. The store was staffed by great people, there was a feeling of "good chill" in the air, a happy atmosphere even though they were all busy in the Pharmacy as well as the rest of the store. Hubby and I went in to get a few things, ended up buying things we probably didn't need, and some we did, like ready-made- cocktails! The Pharmacy was staffed by great people, all friendly, attentive and made everything run smoothly. I have autoimmune conditions so had a booster vaccination for Covid and all its variations, so I am safer when deployed for work. At checkout we met David (I hope I remembered correctly..) and started talking about candy, specifically the Necco brand which he had never tried, so since I like this candy and hadn't bought a roll in ages, I offered him one after picking a roll up. Meantime he had asked what type/flavor they had, so ever helpful hubby ;) said to him that "They taste like Tums" ! Well, I don't think David liked it much after that comment, but it was a fun interaction. I didn't take any photos - but I will update that asap. Since moving back to Arizona and dealing with this particular location, I am completely disgusted by the constant turnover, rude staff, and pharmacy shutdowns because of no staff. Today, I decided to stop for a few things, and when I rang a bell for service (I did so because I was standing there for awhile, no one was near, and there was a small sign that said to do so if needed), the clerk came up and said there is self checkout. I told her if I wanted self checkout, I would've gone there. She then said she was talking to the person behind me, but that person wasn't checking out. This woman was rude and is a true reflection of the type of people this location hires. As of now, I will be moving all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy, and I will no longer do business with CVS. I can see why the company has to restructure its business model and is closing so many stores.
