The overall level of "caring" is so low it's stunning! I didn't think that anybody could be as bad or worse than the Walgreens next door, but you folks sure do a great job of trying to be as bad if not worse! Folks, you work in a pharmacy. This place employs the most rude Pharmacist I have ever encountered. She refused to help us at all because we pulled up to the outside lane in the drive through. So had to park and go inside to encounter equally rude behavior from Pharmacy staff. We will NOT be filling anything at this Pharmacy, and my entire family will be moving theirs to a new Pharmacy as well. I will never go to this CVS ever again! My 23 year old son passed away this week last year! My doctor increased the dose of my medicine. For 2 months this pharmacy has REFUSED to fill my anti depression medication my licensed doctor prescribed 2 months ago! I talked to this locations Pharmacist and she was rude, hostile, & had zero empathy! She hung up on me twice my. The first time I said hello 3 times & she hung up on me. The 2nd time I said thank you ma'am & she hung up on me. I told them I would pay for it out of pocket even though it is free thru my company insurance. After hanging up on me I was notified by text message it was unavailable due to being out of stock. I have self paid insurance through employer & employer pays 100% for this medication & makes it known company wide yet CVS refuses to fill the script because they can't get their huge mark up. read more

I live in Queen Creek and am willing to drive 26 miles to pick up my prescriptions because I know she will help me with every prescription! I went in the store about 9:50 a m. On September 20 2025 and the lady was so rude maybe she needs to get another job that is not customer service. I tried to phone in for a refill today. When I FINALLY got thru, the person who answered ask me for my Birth date. I gave it to her and she said, "56 or 66"? I thought she couldn't hear me, so I said loudly "1966!" She then told me "Stop yelling at me" and hung up on me. I called again. She answered, asked my birthday and I said slowly the date - she said, "I am not dealing with YOU today" and hung - she hung up on me SEVEN TIMES - this is for a refill for a very important medication! On the 8th try, she forwarded me to someone else who took my refill like I was asking her to rub my feet or something. "It'll be ready tomorrow!" and she hung up. I ended up finding out that the rude person was the ACTUAL PHARMACIST!!! NOWHERE is it appropriate to get your feelings hurt and then REFUSE to help a patient without ANY OTHER CHOICE. She kept HANGING UP, leaving me hanging with no refill for a MD prescribed medication! Calling out a customer who is trying to use the self serve checkout is unacceptable, I am not a cashier and don't need to be ridiculed (in front of other customers) for an error I made trying to ring up my purchase. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I've been on hold for an hour, I know they're not going to pick up, but I wonder how long they will let this go on. I'm trying to find out about a prescription that was called in for me 22 days ago. They claim it's out of stock/on order. My online account tells me to call to find out what to do about it, then I call and no one picks up the phone! Someone picked up the phone and I listened to them talking to each other for about ten minutes, then I said HELLO? and immediately went back to the crappy hold music and vaccine commercial that repeats every half minute. read more

I'm a full time RVer. I've used this cvs several times since arriving in AJ first of December. Everyone everywhere is busy and overwhelmed. I have had very good experiences with cvs transferring many of my prescriptions and no problem at all. I find them to be extremely helpful and professional. I was in CVS pharmacy in Morganville on Rt 79 on 9/3. The cashier woman did not know how to use the register and could not find my Rx for 5min. I asked maybe she can get help. She said no. I waited another 5 min and the line behind me grew to 5 people waiting. She became angry when I suggested to get help. Finally, Kaylin, came and was abled to find my Rx. I asked for her name and refused to tell me. I asked Kaylin and she didn't know her name. I asked the pharmacist and store manager, Ariana, to find out her name and she refused to tell them. Is that how CVS run their business?!?! You have an employee working and no one knows her name. What happened to name tags that CVS used to have? The woman was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I was waiting on line for 10min before I was able to reach the pharmacy counter! Are people there incompetent? Can strange people show up to work and no one in the store knows her name? I went in to drop off 2 packages for UPS pick up. I'm new small business that needs to be able to ship products. Jennifer(supposedly she's the Mgr, which I cannot believe, what a horrific choice!) got very snotty and told me she'll need to "see if she can make room", then rudely asked me if I want her to. I, of course, said yes. She then acted like it was such an inconvenience and that she couldn't make enough room for BOTH of my packages... I could clearly see there was plenty of room on the shelves, then I questioned why she was being so confrontational unnecessarily. She said she would accept 1, but I'd need to drive to the UPS store to drop the other package off. I asked why she can't place them on the floor (even though the shelf had plenty of room) which they've done before for us, and she told me she couldn't because it would be in front of the fire extinguisher, yet there was a basket sitting on the floor in front of it already. She then told me again, she'd only take 1, after I pointed out again there was plenty of room, she said she needs to leave room in case anyone ELSE needs to drop off packages... I told her so you're telling me I can't drop both because someone ELSE might need to drop, when I'm here to ship 2.5 hours before UPS picks up? I just walked out and she yelled at me through the store that I can't leave my packages, then as I was leaving I saw her put both of my packages out on the TRASH CAN AND LEAVE THEM!! I called Corporate and filed a formal complaint, then went back to the store to ensure no one stole my packages. I went inside to confront her again, and now there was another Mgr that works BELOW Jennifer?! He was able to speak to Corp and me with RESPECT, took my packages, scanned them, without any issue. His name is Lee and in my opinion, HE should be the Mgr, not some snot nosed brat that doesn't know how to provide customer service and walks around with a chip on her shoulder. I called the police to report her for theft of my items, as I left them in their care and she put them on the trash. She needs to be fired immediately for her behavior. With my new small business needing to ship products out, I can't go through that everytime I need to ship something. I will also be making sure UPS is made aware of her actions. I was tempted to sit and watch my products get stolen, then sue her personally. These products were valued at over $600, I'm quite sure CVS doesn't want to be held responsible for her crappy service or attitude... She needs to be FIRED! Dropped off a script for pain medication for my mothers broken hip at 4:30pm on Friday. Was told they would text when ready. I call at 730, they tell me it won't be ready until following morning. I show up at 9am on Saturday, script not even in they system. It's sitting right there at the register! My mother tells me CVS is the only pharmacy her medicare coverage will let her use. I sure hope that's not the case and will be checking on that. This is the kind of service you get when a company has a captive audience who don't have any choice. read more

I was concerned due to all the negative reviews, but my experience was very positive. I called to have four prescriptions transferred from out of state and filled, which was handled promptly. When I arrived to pick them up there was a line, but it moved quickly as they had 3 employees servicing the line. All employees seemed to be courteous and efficient. Victor, the pharmacist is rude, arrogant, mean and not worthy of a job dealing with sick people. Have had several run-ins with him - he doesn't acknowledge that your prescription was sent in by the doc's office, doesn't have a working knowledge of potential drug interactions - he incorrectly answered several of my questions regarding my current medications with the possible interactions with some proposed medications and truly does not seem to even care. To avoid drug interactions and the general hassle of having to deal with a nasty personality - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This is dangerous medicine. read more

My insurance requires I use CVS and I have used this location for 3 years. Its awful. and now puts customers at risk for identity theft. They are now demanding ID when you bring in a perscription. Probleive thrum is they don't return it or give you someone else's ID, especially in the drive thru. When I raise any problems, are rude and blame the customer. There time estimates to get a prescription filled are never adhered to. I needed a prescription the same day and was quoted 2 hours . Even when I went into the store it was an additional 90 minutes. Even when a patient's name is spelled out when calling in a new script, they don't put in the right spelling and then can't find it. I don't know about other locations. There are no other CVS locations close by, so switching is also difficult. read more

Very rude, completely incompetent just a nasty person. In 2 years they have not correctly processed even 1 prescription orfer. When that is brought up Brittney replies. The doctor called in a prescription on Wednesday. We know they are slow so waited until Sunday to get it. We were told it would be ready in an hour. But waited until Monday. They then told us they were out of stock and wouldn't have any until Tuesday. But first they tried to tell us that it hadn't been long enough since we last got this medicine. After checking they realized that wasn't true. I have had the same problem before. So am transferring all my scripts somewhere else. read more

I had a lung transplant little over a year ago and I take a lot of drugs because of it.Been getting them at CVS but not no more.I am going to raise a big stink about this.The other day I went to pick up the drug Uridsol for my Gallbladder Stones which I need to get removed.Can not do it now because of the Coronavirus.They told me it were going to charge me over $400 for a month supply.I told them I am not paying that much.We went back a 2nd time and then they said it was $72 for a 3 month supply.I said we only need a month.They said that would be a hassle right now to do that.Then we went back a 3rd time and then it was $96 for a month.We wanted prices a few days ago on the drugs and said they would get back to us and never did.They seem to charge whatever they feel like to.I am on Medicare and have Humana for a supplemental insurance but that does not seem to matter.I can go online and get it for around $25.The point is how is that there price keeps changing.Just not right to play around with my drugs like that.I just started this nightmare with the drug cost coming off of my Blue Cross on going on Medicare.I am sure Blue Cross would not put up with this and I am not either.Well I am going to raise a little hell over this.It is just not right. Today a child with a terminal illness and other special-needs was was turned away from getting his second shot after being approved by over seven doctors and receiving his first shot at this location. The mother of this child came in, was treated like garbage and completely dismissed while she sat on the phone with four different doctors approving and encouraging this child's second shot, all the while Having the pharmacy and their manager Ima Krovac hid in her office while staff tried to lie, dismiss, and remove this poor woman from the premises. Although the child is three months early of being 16 he was permitted by several doctors and given his first shot without any questions being asked until today. It was the most disgusting, unethical, unprofessional thing I have ever seen of and heard in my life. There is a special spot in hell for people like this in a special spot in the judicial system for people like this and I cannot wait to see what happens to these animals. I have received both of my shots from this location and haven't had so much as an ID checked or asked for and that goes for several people I know. Shame on CVS for their behavior. I do not trust these people at all. I am now very worried about the shots I received as they were not secure, refrigerated, or kept under a watchful eye. I'm disgusted and afraid for my health. This CVS is the worst Pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. If I could give 0 stars, and leave a review I would. Since my insurance policy changed in October of last year I am required to use only CVS for my prescriptions. I have always gone to Walgreens for my prescriptions and I have never had an issue. So going to CVS was a brand new thing for me. Every single month that I have had to fill my prescription at CVS it has been a complete Travesty. Every month I call to see if they got the electronic prescription, they don't see it or they don't know how to find it - it is every single month it's an issue trying to fill my very routine presription.. Today my doctor sent over a new electronic prescription - one that I have been getting every single month - today was the renewed prescription and they don't have the product. I received a text saying my prescription is ready to be picked up. Then an hour later they text me and say they have to place a special order for it. It will be ready in 4 days. What happened, you had then you gave it away? Staff is stealing meds? What is the problem with this place? I dread when its time to get my refill. This is something I get every single month, so it's not like it's new for them to carry it. I refill like clockwork. My health depends on this, I'm at their mercy. My hands are tied.. Now I'm completely out of this medication AND it's going to be 4 days before they get the stuff in. REALLY CVS? You cannot get anything in sooner? Shame on you for your poor management. Damn these stupid prescription plans requiring me to fill at CVS. I never had these issues at Walgreens on Ironwood and Southern. Get it together CVS and please hire competent staff. I have had numerous horrible experiences with this pharmacy- too many to count. On the very rare occasion things actually go well. I have thought about changing pharmacies so many times, but they are just so conveniently located for me. Well after today- I'm done! I was actually told by the lady that answered the phone that my doctor lied to me by telling me they sent my RX to them. They have lost so many of my prescriptions it's not funny. I was really sick a few months back and had to have an inhaler. My doctor sent the RX to them and they said they didn't receive it. 4 days later they texted me saying it was ready. I don't know where the problem is, but I officially had enough today. I told them I would be finding another pharmacy and as soon as I hung up I called Fry's and got everything switched over. read more
