I had a terrible experience attempting to get a CoVid test. I scheduled on line, provided all the requested information, uploaded my insurance card, etc. I read all the information links CVS provided and watched the video they emailed me. In short, I did everything they asked of me to prepare. Then, I arrived on time for my appointment. The wait was about 15 minutes, which was fine. However, when I got to the drive up window and presented all the necessary information, I waited another 30 minutes, only to be told that, for some mysterious reason, their system won't let them check me in! I have been asked to go the the end of the line so they can "call someone from minute clinic." It appears to take them about 15 minutes for each patient, so, since I am 4th In line, it will take about 45 minutes for me to get back to the window, and I have been here for 1 hour already! Since they have my insurance cards I really cannot leave. Do NOT go to CVS for a CoVid test. read more

I had to add this location because it didn't come up. When I first had my prescriptions sent here they didn't have one in stock. Than they didn't call me to let me know when it did come in. They have my birthday wrong. I have corrected it several times but it is still wrong. The lady at the pharmacy has zero personality. I work in customer service. I understand it gets to you at times but you have to have some report w the customers. she is like a wet diaper. I called my refills in two days ago and I went tonight tonight to pick them up and they weren't even processed to be filled. When I asked why they weren't even processed the wet diapers reply was "well we have had a rough day." I had to wait almost an hour for something that should have been ready. I am done with this incompetence. I would like to add that there is usually one person helping a long line at the pharmacy. it is a half hour wait or more just to get to the front of the line. I feel totally pushed aside when it comes too the winter months!!! Not only are the old people taking over the roads in stores but worst of all CVS pharmacy can't seem to get it together! Not sure what the pharmacy technicians are doing back there all they seem to do is make excuses on why the prescriptions aren't filled!I wait in a four car long line just to be told that my prescriptions aren't ready. It's iodine for goodness sake's how long and hard does it take to fill my prescription for iodine! Then I call Cvs to find out what the deal is instead of waiting in line again and she tells me it's something I can get over the counter. That's not what I asked I asked for my prescription to get filled because that is what the doctor told me to do!I'm dumbfounded by the work ethic I'm seeing. I live here year around but I almost feel invisible in the winter months!The Walgreens drive-through is looking pretty good right about now I never see a crap full of cars in that line they must be doing something right! read more

I went over there to drop off a prescription slip and the pharmacy tech was extremely rude to my husband and I for absolutely no reason. She snatched the slip out of my husbands hands and kept asking him to spell out my last name numerous times in a snappy tone and he did it regardless for her. Later on she asked if we even had insurance and kept rambling on not giving us a chance to speak. It was my first time getting medication prescribed to me through a MVA so I wasn't sure how it worked so once I told her she got completely agitated with me. Asking for my VIN number, policy number, etc. And as I was reading it out to her she kept speaking over me saying it wasn't acceptable? She was very loud with us, very rude and overall unpleasant. We eventually told her never mind and drove off because she would not let us speak or answer any of our questions. Staff should not be trained this way and for someone who works in a healthcare facility I just know that was over the line disrespectful and completely unacceptable. Definitely needs to be reminded what customer service is really like. read more

This place is horrible, called an hour after my prescription was called in and the didn't even bother to check to see any had been called in. Second call still didn't put the prescriptions threw, my third call 3 hours later they've just been put in and will take an hour or so. Im still waiting, bottom line go to frys or Safeway they'll be done in 20 or 30 minutes not 5 hours. read more

I switched over to CVS because of the poor customer service at Walgreens pharmacy. I have to say that CVS pharmacy tops the cake with horrible customer service. Every time I used the automated system to refill a script, it is never ready when I get there and I am asked to come back in 30 minutes or so even though I chose my time for pick and was told by the machine it would be ready. What is the point of calling it in if you don't start filling it until I arrive? But if I don't pick up that prescription within a day, I am getting repeated texts from CVS asking me to pick it up. Maybe you should have had it ready the first time so I didn't have to make a second trip to get it. In addition, it is not a pleasant experience when the techs are always in a bad mood, talking poorly about one another or other customers, and snapping at customers. Not the way I want to be treated by someone I am paying for a service. Step it up CVS or you will loose my business and I am sure I am not the only person who feels this way. read more
