They have been late 5 months in a row for my prescription that I've been on for 16 years. And this 5th time it is 5 days late and all they say is "oops, sorry, we don't have it, nor do we know when we will."!!!!!! WTF is that about it!?! Anytime any other pharmacy has been late, they say oh we are out but we will have it the next day. And if you want to send to another CVS you have to have your DR resend!! Other pharmacies they simply transfer your script to another location that has it. To top it off they will notify you that it is ready when it isn't!!! I'm absolutely blown away with the pathetic service and incompetence! I will stick around only because I don't want to do them any favors and so when they are incompetent I will be loud about it!! Do your job and order the medication that you must supply at your store. Or simply turn people away. Do not take a script from a Dr you can't fill, so one can go where they can fill it! Recently, I had to go inside to get some advice for my puppy stomach, and right when I walked in, I was greeted by a very kind gentleman who listened to my needs, went and talked to the pharmacist with me, and then led me to the exact place to find electrolytes for the pup. I was thankful for this extra dose of kindness. I highly recommend this CVS.

    Dear Store Manager,…read more I have been a customer at this Walgreens for many years, and my experience on June 24, 2026, was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered at this store. The employee, Renata, displayed a very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude throughout our interaction. I was attempting to exchange my Pedialyte for a similar item and briefly checked my phone to verify information related to the exchange. Rather than listening to my request or trying to understand the situation, Renata immediately became impatient and refused to provide reasonable assistance. She instructed me to go back to the end of a long line and said she would help me afterward, despite the fact that I was already speaking with her regarding my transaction. At no point did she make an effort to listen to my concerns or provide the level of customer service that Walgreens customers should expect. What was particularly troubling was the apparent difference in how customers were treated. I observed Renata interacting with Caucasian customers in a friendly and courteous manner, smiling and engaging respectfully, while I felt I was treated with hostility, annoyance, and disrespect. As an African American customer, this experience left me feeling unwelcome and deeply disappointed. Customer service should be professional, respectful, and consistent for all customers regardless of race. Unfortunately, my experience with Renata was the exact opposite. Walgreens management should thoroughly investigate this incident, review any available surveillance footage, and take appropriate corrective action. No customer should be made to feel disrespected or singled out while simply seeking assistance with a purchase or exchange. After years of shopping at this location, I never expected to be treated this way. I was made to feel like just a number, there were too many people ahead of me and they weren't able to accommodate a refill in time before leaving to go out of town for 2 week vacation. They didn't seem to understand or acknowledge the sense of urgency in the matter so I had to make other arrangements for the refill. I waited for a call back and finally received a text about it saying they couldn't accommodate the refill then went on to discipline me about the fact that I should have called it in earlier because others that only live in the area part time did so. I know there can be a longer turn around time and I started the process a week ago knowing this..At any rate the relationship with this pharmacy is now over which is a shame as I appreciated the previous efforts and previous customer service but it didn't go well this time.

    I always get great customer service at this Pharmacy. I only had one issue once about 2 years ago…read morebut it was understandable when it came to a refill of a controlled substance. I feel like alot of time people don't rate the customer service of the Pharmacy staff but instead blame the Pharmacy staff on things that are out of their control. I use to work as a Pharmacy tech and the last few times I have been in I have seen people cuss and overall be nasty to the techs. I understand you may not be feeling well or you been needing this prescription but help them help you. A lot of times an issue with how much your paying or why it wasn't covered is due to your Insurance. When a tech tells you to call your insurance to fix it, it's because they already have contacted the insurance and the Insurance company is the one holding things up because they want you to call and verify something. It's not fry's problem and you will have this problem at every pharmacy you try to fill that prescription at. If the cost is an issue, Fry's has an amazing prescription club called the Kroger savings club. For $39 a year for an individual and about $80 for a family including pets, you can get deep discounts and even free prescriptions beating a lot of copays. It's a little partnership between them and GoodRX Another issue I have seen people take out anger on is refills. When you request a refill the pharmacy does reach out to the doctor. Don't be upset at the tech when they ask you to assist them in reaching out to your doctor after they have been trying. A good reminder is to request these refills before you run out to avoid these problems. This is the friendliest group of Pharmacy staff that I have encountered and I always spend less than 5 minutes unless someone who wants to blame the Pharmacy on something hogs up the line.
