Greeted by the pharmacist, not an assistant, with a huge wad of gum in his mouth while he spoke to me. Totally unprofessional and rude. Since CVS closed across the street we can't seem to get the same friendly service at Frys that we did at CVS. Sad. read more

The absolute worst people working here. When I asked the gentleman to run the prescription under good rx to obtain the lesser expensive option he slammed his hands down - grabbed the prescription and shouted "now I have to do this all over again" and stormed off. The people working here are just terrible. They don't care for you, they are rude and aggressive. I'd recommend filling anywhere else for a few pennies more. I always get great customer service at this Pharmacy. I only had one issue once about 2 years ago but it was understandable when it came to a refill of a controlled substance. I feel like alot of time people don't rate the customer service of the Pharmacy staff but instead blame the Pharmacy staff on things that are out of their control. I use to work as a Pharmacy tech and the last few times I have been in I have seen people cuss and overall be nasty to the techs. I understand you may not be feeling well or you been needing this prescription but help them help you. A lot of times an issue with how much your paying or why it wasn't covered is due to your Insurance. When a tech tells you to call your insurance to fix it, it's because they already have contacted the insurance and the Insurance company is the one holding things up because they want you to call and verify something. It's not fry's problem and you will have this problem at every pharmacy you try to fill that prescription at. If the cost is an issue, Fry's has an amazing prescription club called the Kroger savings club. For $39 a year for an individual and about $80 for a family including pets, you can get deep discounts and even free prescriptions beating a lot of copays. It's a little partnership between them and GoodRX Another issue I have seen people take out anger on is refills. When you request a refill the pharmacy does reach out to the doctor. Don't be upset at the tech when they ask you to assist them in reaching out to your doctor after they have been trying. A good reminder is to request these refills before you run out to avoid these problems. This is the friendliest group of Pharmacy staff that I have encountered and I always spend less than 5 minutes unless someone who wants to blame the Pharmacy on something hogs up the line. read more

Their phone service is terrible. You sit on hold for a long time. It takes all day for them to fill a prescription for antibiotics. Their drive through is closed more than it is open. They are understaffed and the wait at the store is to long. read more

I literally dread coming here to pick up my medication. They send me a text asking to confirm that I want them and ask me to call, well 20 minutes of calling later, they pick up the line and hang it up(I could clearly hear it I'm not stupid). The drive-thru line always takes over 30 minutes for whatever reason and the actual pharmacist lady has a very snobby demeanor. I wish I could pick my medication up somewhere else, highly recommend not choosing this pharmacy. read more

Today I went in to get my prescription and there was no one not one person waiting for a script. But the girl who was working today Friday august 27th was Telling me that I would have to wait until 2 PM to get my prescription I advised her that that wasn't going to be possible because I was already here to pick it up she then said that they were understaffed and that they were trying to get it done as soon as possible. So once I got to the pharmacy the lady got my name and ultimately said that the other girl already told me it wouldn't be ready till 2 o'clock I then told her that it didn't matter because I was there in person to pick it up . So then she said the soonest that she could have it done would be noon keep in mind this was at 10:15 AM so then I said OK well then I will have to wait!! At that point there were four different people that came in to get a Covid vaccination which she ended up giving them the Covid vaccination and I had to wait even longer so then I received a phone call so I had to explain to one of my family members that I was going to have to cancel the meeting because I wouldn't be able to make it in time. But then all of a sudden my script was ready!! So then I told her thank you for being so rude and disrespectful and she said no problem even the pharmacy techs little side that there had an attitude and it's like off like your job get a new one!! Don't treat people like that it's not our fault you are her staffed.. the pharmacy techs eyes were super big and twitched from side to side when you looked at her so she obviously was scary looking so of course I asked for her name to name sure to report her age then said I would have to wait till after her phone call and so obviously I kept on talking saying you shouldn't treat people like this blah blah the front desk girl was like like wise obviously she probably gets pushed around by People all day so her life is miserable so i didn't even say anything her but Sunita Patel needs to be fired for The way she acted!! And I def. we'll never come to this pharmacy again!! I recommend anyone that needs prescription in a timely manner should go to the newest Fry's to you besides this one!! pharmacy change in personnel has caused complete change in service. now they have pharmacy techs working in place of pharmacists. this saves money for store but terrible for customers. last 2 months my prescription lost & I got wrong meds. they do not answer when I call to tell them there is problem with med they gave me. Its about time they built a grocery store with a pharmacy inside. This area is not really close by to a lot of necessities. This pharmacy has good hours of operation and is never really full. I'm sure once construction is complete on the back of the store a drive thru will be implemented...well hopefully. read more

Every time I come here the parking lot is littered with carts. There is no safe place to park where a cart won't slide down toward my car. I love the inside of this location, clean, organized and it has pretty much everything I need. Please do something about the cart situation. I've been using this pharmacy for over a year and am treated like a number instead of a customer. This has happened on more than one occasion and as of today I've had it. I'm going back to Walgreens where they say hello and treat me like a person. Yes I will pay a little more for my prescriptions but I would rather be treated with respect and pay more then disrespected, a number, like they are doing me a favor by filling my scripts and pay a little less. Beyond disappointed with the level of service provided. Oh and my husband who sometimes picks up my many scripts feels the same way, he is there to just pick up and he is treated disrespectfully. We are a small business owner and would be out of business if our staff treated people this way. I am MORE THAN A NUMBER....if it weren't for your customers you wouldn't have a job at this location. I'm wondering if their only 5 star review is someone who works there or family if someone who works there? Because who talks about insurance issues or controlled substances filling too early? Maybe a year ago they staff was different and they now hate their jobs. I dunno but I've have issue after issue after issue and it's staff ATTITUDES that have brought me to my decision. Not insurance or early refills. Always nasty, snide, just down right rude people here. They all need upper management to give them a reality check or to replace every last one of them including the pharmacists. read more
