Zara the "floating pharmacist" needs to float elsewhere. Condescending, rude and incompetent. We spent two hours on the phone with our insurance because she couldn't figure out how to enter the information. They actually tried to say my husbands social was wrong with the va. Whats more likely...that his id magically changed with the va after 20 years or zara doesn't know how to use the computer at cvs. Once we got another tech on the phone at cvs..wouldn't you know it..it went through. If I could leave a zero star I would. Also, they have decided they know better than my doctor. It's insane how bad these guys are. I stopped using their local stores years ago for refusing my insurance (they don't train). Now they won't fill an rx, despite getting the preauth 4 times! I stopped taking the drug. Called in an RX on Friday and they lost the order. The last straw was when my daughter and I went to pick up the RX. One lane is marked Puck up only so I drove into the other available lane. I know in the past there was a sign indicating the lane was for Covid testing. The sign was gone. So we pulled up to the window. I rang the buzzer and we sat their watching g them service customers after customer while ignoring us. I finally went in and informed the pharmacy worker that we didn't appreciate being ignored and all they had to do is tell us if we were the wrong line. Good thing we were not there for a covid test. So many things wrong with this pharmacy. Staff is beyond rude no matter how nice, polite, and kind you are to them. They told me they'd fill pain medication after I had surgery and it was never filled. They got mad that I had a goodrx discount and had to take time to put it in. The brand of one of my medication changed so I got a pill bottle thinking someone screwed up when I called the pharmacy they very very rudely told me that the brand had changed. My mother, husband, and I have all walked out of there being talking to like absolute garbage by the staff. Very belittling, rude, abrasive and will give you attitude just for asking for help. read more

The Cvs store itself is not bad at all BUT THEIR PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE at this location!! I sat in line for atleast 20-30 min just waiting for someone to come to the window and help me. I had several workers continuously walk past me and not acknowledge me. and still nothing, every time I come my prescription is never ready or there's some type of problem. I really wish this place would get their shit together. The customer service is garbage and is so slow. If you plan on coming here in a hurry, don't. So I have gone into this CVS location to fill my prescriptions a few times. Every time I walk in I am rudely greeted by this older woman with short brown hair who is probably 60 but dresses like she wants to be in her 30's. I walk in to drop off my scrips and of course no hello ever its just a big sigh and "ARE YOU WAITING TO GET THESE NOW?" I let her know that I would like to wait and she sighed again and rolled her eyes. If you want rude service without a smile when you are trying to simply fill your scrips go here otherwise stick to your local Walgreens. read more

The other reviewers must be unfriendly looking people or something. I use this CVS all the time and they always greet me with a smile and are quick. They are just a drugstore, nothing to really distinguish one from another. They do exactly what they are there to do and as far as I can tell they do it as well as any other. read more

I visited CVS drive thru today 11/8/20 close to 3:00pm. There were cars in both lanes and they appeared to be busy. I was in the pharmacy line not the testing line. When I got to the window, I simply asked if I could please pick up a couple of vitamin supplements. I was treated rudely by LeeAnne, who told me that SHE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO DO MY SHOPPING FOR ME. I then told her very nicely that I thought I could ask for pharmacy items like the list on the wall, so she gave me attitude and asked if I saw what I was asking for on the list. I thought it was an example, not ONLY. She was obviously under pressure and not performing well under pressure. I was so shocked at her attitude, tone, and actions. She made sure to give me eye contact from a lane over and it was scary. My kids were scared and asking me what did I do wrong. You should be helping people.
