Some months ago it seemed they had made some improvements, and it was getting a little easier to get a human being on the phone at the pharmacy, but more recently things have really taken a nosedive. Calls to the pharmacy are now routed through a call center located who knows where, but since many issues can only be resolved at the pharmacy itself, the call center ends up transferring you to the local pharmacy you were trying to reach in the first place, wasting your time in the process. When you get transferred to the Otis Dr. pharmacy, they simply do not pick up the phone. You are put on hold and put back on hold infinitely until you give up or the system automatically hangs up on you. This is completely unacceptable. Zero respect for customers, their time and well-being, especially the infirm, elderly, and disabled who may not have the tenacity to keep trying to reach this unreachable pharmacy. Having no way to reach one's pharmacy over the phone is a health and safety issue that warrants a formal complaint with the appropriate government agencies. All because Walgreens corporate doesn't want to spend the money to staff appropriately. Shameful and inexcusable.

She walked calmly to the pharmacist who was filling her prescription and whispered "Can I really not use your restroom? It's an emergency. " After being told "We have no public restroom" this brave soldier attempted to run to her car and did not make it. As the blitzkrieg raged, she received a text from the pharmacy saying "Your prescription is ready." She henceforth shall be taking her business elsewhere. P.S. Be prepared to call for Customer Service if you need some TP after you poop your pants in the store

Had to get medications and pain relievers among other items, and had to press the service button more than once in each aisle. Even a lady who came in with her dog went in line to the pharmacy (and believe me, there was a LINE), and when she was done and turned to leave, she saw me and remarked, "omg, still waiting???? Gosh!" Needless to say, I've been at better CVS spots.

Recently, I started shopping at Walgreens again for my HABA needs (HABA is Health and Beauty Aids). But on a Tuesday evening, I went in this Walgreens for milk and ice cream. First thing I noticed.....there's no carts or shopping baskets. I looked around and didn't see any. I asked the cashier, and she said if you don't see any, then there must be none. She said I have to carry things in my hands. You know, that limits how much I can buy, and lowers the store's sales. I found my jug of milk and ice cream. I stood in line, and a customer ahead of me had the only shopping basket in the store. The thoughtful cashier offered it to me, so I could buy more stuff. I asked why no carts or baskets, and the cashier said they were all stolen. The shoplifters use the carts and baskets to carry away their items. I don't know if I'll shop in this store again. At this location you can also get your meds, even the hard to find ones as for whatever reason this location tends to have them. Aside from that, however, this location is not very good in general. Parking is almost always a nightmare. As it shares the same parking lot with farmer Joe's and another business at the end of the lot it's incredibly hard to find parking that's close to the front of the store when it's busy. Staff can also be rough. I think it typically depends on the mood or if they had to deal with rowdy customers, but more often than not you're going to run into someone that's ready to fight back in a verbal argument. The wait times to get your medication are also very overwhelming at times. In spite of this, I will give the CVS Pharmacy a 3/5. The reason I'm giving this a 3/5 is that I get it. I used to work in the area years back. I would occasionally end up coming to the store. I don't blame the staff entirely and the location itself can't be blamed for the parking situation.

This store is right next door to Trader Joe's, so parking on the lower level is major league hectic, you definitely have more luck trying to park on the upper level here.
