It's okay. In my opinion it looks a bit outdated. Then again other stores close by are as well. It certainly is a large grocery option. The employees who work here are both kind and helpful. Also checkout is usually quite efficient. The prices are the problem. Occasionally they'll have a outstanding sale on yogurts or beer. Yet for the most part overpriced compared with competitors. They do have a nice seafood section here, with plenty of choices. If you're in the area this works. My recommendation is to thoroughly price check, and just get a few items.

There were two bags of grapes left early on a Saturday, and the grapes were wrinkled and gross looking. The coolers are obviously disgusting

I'm done with this location. The produce section is abysmal. The fruits and vegetables are often in terrible condition (if you can even find what you need). There are so many nicer Safeway stores but too bad they're a little too far away. I'm going back to the Huntsman Giant for now. At least they take care of the produce.

This is why you have 2 stars, the wait for costumer service is ridiculous. I needed to return one item and waited forever while the costumer service employee was on the phone.

Set aside an extra 30 minutes just to navigate the checkout. Customer service is almost non existent.

The store is always clean and has novel food items unavailable in most grocery stores. The sandwich is a unique vanilla wafer shaped like a fish with ice cream inside it. They make sushi fresh there and have better prices than most grocery stores. I love the heavy Tobiko (fish caviar) sprinkled all over the California sushi roll for only $5.99. I bought two sushi rolls, a giant amount of seaweed salad , and three boxes of ice cream sandwiches there. $40 for all the groceries - not bad. I, also, signed up for a free H Mart card. H mart offers a shopping card to use when you buy groceries for store deals & to collect points for a $10 gift card. If you collect 1,000 points in groceries, you get a $10 gift card to use in H Mart.

I bought $25 worth of bulgogi and two types of banchan, cucumber and bellflower and kenyip. I tried the cucumber and bellflower banchan first, and threw it away. Whoever prepared it added way too much vinegar--it soured my stomach. The next evening I prepared the bulgogi in a pan with a touch of sesame oil. There was strangely no aroma from the marinade and as the beef cooked, an overwhelming disgusting SOUR aroma began emitting. I got a new pan, thinking perhaps I burnt the sesame oil; nope, the HMart sold me $25 worth of rotting meat. I threw away all the meat and had to eat a veggie dinner including the kenyip banchan. Woke up in the middle of the night with a food poisoning itchy rash on the back of my thigh. My partner had not eaten the banchan and was fine--threw away the kenyip too. I tried calling the market twice to complain and tell them at the very least to take the rotten beef off the shelves. No one picked up of course. So I'm doing my own recall here. Take note of the date!

Also they still accept coupons, and also you don't need your own card to save additional money. Whoever came up with store "VIP cards" was a genius, but I'm not carrying those with me. They have option forgot card at checkout. A lot are now self checkout. This seems to save time. Is Giant the cheapest? Nope as Aldi, Lidl, and Walmart will beat them. Yet for the most part it has reasonable options. I do wish they'd bring back the prepackaged chicken and vegetables, that allowed Neanderthals the ability to cook easier. Nice employees here, along with a clean store

Went to meat dept to pick up a whole ham. They had none. Wanted a nice rib roast. They had none. This store is a glorified 7-11. Poor produce and the tiniest beef selection anywhere (unless you want beef processed somewhere else and sealed in plastic that looks industrial! Wegmans here I come!!
