Here is where I go for fresh breads, and also for deals on cereals. Oh my bad also frozen shrimp, as they are a delicacy. You can find at least for a less cost here salmon, but thanks to inflation I've had to cut back on this. It's a shame due to its health benefits, but all of us are struggling to a degree. Lidl is a bit more in my opinion, than what Aldi is. On a plus note much prettier store. Bread has a lot of carbs, but got to have it here and there. The pretzels are something you should do when here. Often there's a deal on them in the bakery section. I also want to commend the employees. They are friendly and helpful. Also laughing as for Father's Day, they are selling a set of Bud Light socks set. No thanks although definitely grateful for that. Parking here is pretty good, and employees do their best, to keep the lines moving.

Spider web in the rice bag.

I agree with everything that the other reviewers are saying. I just want to add one more thing and that's the quality of their products. I am not sure if the store hasn't been busy enough to replace their items fast enough. I purchased basmati rice and orange juice just recently with other grocery items. The rice turned out to have spider web inside the package. The orange juice I bought had already expired the day before it was sold. This is a big lack of quality check on the store management. I have attached pictures for reference. I am not sure if lidl is here to stay for much long with such bad quality checks. It's such a big disappointment as I used to shop in lidl all the time when I lived in France. Their baked goods and cheese selection have been excellent. I was so excited when the stores opened in the US. I had been recommending Lidl to everyone in my circle but I won't be doing that anymore. It's really a shame.

If you don't like Lidl, what are you doing???!!! Not only do they have the normal things that a grocery store has like fresh flowers, produce, meat and a bakery, they also clothes, home goods, pet supplies and toys along with an ever changing variety of other things. They even have wine! Name brand and their brand that are priced well and taste amazing(Yep amazing is one of my favorite words) I always stop by to check out what new things I can find. It is definitely a place for one stop shopping.

Great prices, good produce. Never wait long to checkout. They don't carry everything, but it's a good store to save money.

Unfortunately, the first free sample lady was not friendly and rude and sassy towards us. Trader Joe's hires many excellent employees who are great at their job. Spacious aisles and great selection of local and international cuisine at a great price. It's been so many different grocery stores in the past, and I think when they remodeled the shopping center and made the space smaller, this place that was Whole Goods became Trader Joe's. How awesome is that? I bought a half gallon of lactose free milk, and also a dozen of their caged-free eggs. Their fresh strawberries were too irresistible to pass by as well. Everything is store is still affordable as you would expect. I was searching for juice drinks, and an employee actually walked with me to the juice section. This place is awesome for every reason you can think of.

The store is always clean and has novel food items unavailable in most grocery stores. The sandwich is a unique vanilla wafer shaped like a fish with ice cream inside it. They make sushi fresh there and have better prices than most grocery stores. I love the heavy Tobiko (fish caviar) sprinkled all over the California sushi roll for only $5.99. I bought two sushi rolls, a giant amount of seaweed salad , and three boxes of ice cream sandwiches there. $40 for all the groceries - not bad. I, also, signed up for a free H Mart card. Other than the odd checkout experience, the rest of my experience was fine.

Knowing on what days certain items are delivered helps to get the best choice. I was surprised to read reviews about spoiled fresh foods. However, although inflation is an issue everywhere, I was very surprised at my recent findings. Some years ago, I would compare prices at Giant, Safeway, Target, and Walmart for grocery items. Most times, canned and some dry goods were, and still are, lower at Walmart. Safeway might have a few grocery items at lower prices, but not enough to make it worth shopping there. Also, before the Safeway store's renovation many years ago, you couldn't count on the quality of fresh vegetables, seafood, and meats. After the store's renovation, the quality improved significantly at Safeway. But, overall, Giant was the better option for lower prices. Recently, after paying $9.89 for a dozen jumbo Giant-brand eggs I checked yesterday, the price has increased to $10.79. A dozen jumbo Safeway-brand eggs are only $6.59. I compared prices from my recent Giant shopping trip; my total cost would have been significantly less at Safeway. From now on I will compare prices at both after preparing my shopping list, but looks like I may be switching from Giant to Safeway. Both stores are the same distance from my house.
