A few minutes later, the same individual called again to confirm the appointment for Sunday, September 7. He asked if the Sunday lesson could be moved to a later time, but I informed him that was not possible. He assured me that the lesson would remain at the originally scheduled time. Approximately an hour later, I received a voicemail from a woman stating that the Sunday lesson would need to be rescheduled due to a conflict. I immediately called back and spoke with the same male representative that confirmed my appointment earlier. I explained that I could not reschedule and that the lesson needed to remain as planned. He responded "fine" and then disconnected the call. When I called back to ask if he had hung up on me, he ended the call again. On a third attempt, I requested the manager's name and email address, and he hung up a third time. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, particularly from a company that requires customers to pay over $600 for driving lessons.Hanging up on a customer multiple times, instead of addressing a legitimate concern, reflects very poorly on the business. I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received from your male employee, at 2:48 pm today, and want manager (Ariel) to be aware of this incident. If this is representative of how customer service issues are handled, I would strongly caution others before choosing this company for driving instruction.

I wanted to take a moment to thank J.P., Steve, & the A1 [school license # E0443] crew for the 3/11/2017 class in Mar Vista/Culver City/West Los Angeles. Call it "Safety Saturday." Call it fun. Call it keeping my DMV record clean, with a smile! A while ago, a dad came up to me and thanked me for stopping my car and waiting, while he walked his young daughter across the library parking lot! I mentioned that I'd recently completed traffic school, & he commented that I must have gotten something out of it. Yes, indeed! Not only my daughter's instructor was an accomplished,nice,patient and very knowledgeble, but they went of their way to monitor openings in the appointment schedule of multiple DMV around the area in order to find her an appointment for the driving test quickly and around her schedule. He kept saying little gas, more gas, no gas within the same 5 seconds, giving confusing signals, and blaming me adding gas while my foot was not even on the padel... When you asked him what mistake you made and how to fix the problem, he never able to teach u the right way. Instead he'll just say, ' just take more lessons and you'll be better.' My husband was excited when he was taking an international flight and saw our son in the DirecTV commercial. He is now 25 and has an established career and since has moved on.... Now, we have our 11 year old daughter enrolled in SCSOPA! She is enjoying every single minute here. I believe this may be her second home. She enjoys the acting classes, the voice overs, teen runway, on-camera scene practices, etc. She loves it, loves it, LOVES it!!! To add on, she has made some great friends already in the 2 months that she has been here. She just participated in a fashion show, so this place keeps her BUSY! The teachers are awesome. They are encouraging and kind. All of the instructors have professional backgrounds and it's wonderful that they are sharing it with our kids. There are agents that come weekly looking for talent. SCSOPA is preparing her for a shot in the industry! We also see her confidence building. She has met with a couple agents and is wanted by both. We will see;). Mike, the owner is warm, hilarious, and full of energy. Mike and his team are passionate about the kids and their future in show biz. So far, we believe this is the best thing we have done for our daughter so far.
