A few minutes later, the same individual called again to confirm the appointment for Sunday, September 7. He asked if the Sunday lesson could be moved to a later time, but I informed him that was not possible. He assured me that the lesson would remain at the originally scheduled time. Approximately an hour later, I received a voicemail from a woman stating that the Sunday lesson would need to be rescheduled due to a conflict. I immediately called back and spoke with the same male representative that confirmed my appointment earlier. I explained that I could not reschedule and that the lesson needed to remain as planned. He responded "fine" and then disconnected the call. When I called back to ask if he had hung up on me, he ended the call again. On a third attempt, I requested the manager's name and email address, and he hung up a third time. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, particularly from a company that requires customers to pay over $600 for driving lessons.Hanging up on a customer multiple times, instead of addressing a legitimate concern, reflects very poorly on the business. I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received from your male employee, at 2:48 pm today, and want manager (Ariel) to be aware of this incident. If this is representative of how customer service issues are handled, I would strongly caution others before choosing this company for driving instruction.

He kept saying little gas, more gas, no gas within the same 5 seconds, giving confusing signals, and blaming me adding gas while my foot was not even on the padel... Sooooo I met Zoren who was my driving instructor and only taught me for 2 hours before my actual driving test, he's so nice and funny because he's Armenian and knows how to speak a little bit of Tagalog. Queenie was the energy and wisdom of proper instruction and Dave brought experience and an old school feel to what Id expect a teacher to be. The balance of their styles felt right for me personally to learn most effective. Ive rode 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, scooters, go karts u name it. But never with proper guidance. They went through the basics to make rookie riders comfortable and even taught me/ reminded me of things that I had long forgotten. (I haven't done any riding in about 10 years). Highly suggest if you're even thinking about getting on a motorcycle to take this course. It's worth the $. As Dave stressed many of these techniques can save yourself from injury or accidentally removing yourself from this world or someone else's. On a brighter side, the riding is tons of fun, they give you plenty of time to get comfortable on your learner bike and don't shun you for falling during drills before test time. (I didn't fall but others did and stayed the course once the instructors made sure they were ok).
