I scheduled driving practice for my son with Click2Drive three weeks in advance to accommodate his schedule. His first appointment was set for this weekend. On Friday, September 5, I received a call from a male representative confirming his appointment for Saturday, September 6. A few minutes later, the same individual called again to confirm the appointment for Sunday, September 7. He asked if the Sunday lesson could be moved to a later time, but I informed him that was not possible. He assured me that the lesson would remain at the originally scheduled time. Approximately an hour later, I received a voicemail from a woman stating that the Sunday lesson would need to be rescheduled due to a conflict. I immediately called back and spoke with the same male representative that confirmed my appointment earlier. I explained that I could not reschedule and that the lesson needed to remain as planned. He responded "fine" and then disconnected the call. When I called back to ask if he had hung up on me, he ended the call again. On a third attempt, I requested the manager's name and email address, and he hung up a third time. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, particularly from a company that requires customers to pay over $600 for driving lessons.Hanging up on a customer multiple times, instead of addressing a legitimate concern, reflects very poorly on the business. I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received from your male employee, at 2:48 pm today, and want manager (Ariel) to be aware of this incident. If this is representative of how customer service issues are handled, I would strongly caution others before choosing this company for driving instruction. read more

Signed my daughter up for lessons and her feedback was good. She enjoyed her instructors with the exception of 1 who she felt was not patient and didn't make her feel confident like the other instructors. As a mom I appreciated the email reminders of her scheduled lessons. My favorite aspect was the day of her actual driving test at the DMV they took her, she used their car and they brought her home. Most importantly she PASSED and is now a licensed driver! read more

After charging my credit card, the company has completely gone dark, I can't reach anyone, and the website has been taken down, along with the business itself. They withdrew funds from my credit card without any hesitation and failed to notify me about their closure. I've also been screwed from Click2Drive. I paid for a 10hr package for my daughter, she only took 1 2hr class & when she calls to schedule more classes no one answers!!! I truly don't understand how the government shut down has anything to do with it when we the people have to paid a little over $800 for a 10hr package. Not only do they not answer the phone their business address is located in an apartment complex in Canyon Country! It truly sucks when your living pay check to pay check & they just take your money for services that are not rendered!!!! Very disappointed read more

Signed our daughter up for 5 driving lessons. Her third lesson was scheduled and confirmed for 11/11 and they no called, no showed. Called them and looked at their website to see they closed down due to the recent government shutdown. Not sure how a private business was affected by the shutdown?! Filed a formal complaint with the DMV as well as a letter to the credit card disputing the charge. Unfortunately, it has been beyond 60 days since the charge. Click 2 Drive deserves more than 5 stars based on my experience. On the day of my scehduled behind the wheel test at DMV another driving school didn't show up so I have to cancel 30 minutes before my test. I was anxious and mortified in how the manager rudely put the blame on me. I have to reschedule a week after. So, I look for another driving school and I chanced upon Click2Drive. I shared my story. One of the managers, Aeriel, reassured me that I will not experience the same. They were true to their words from the beginning til the end. My instructor, Walter, arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Made sure that I am really ready for my behind the wheel test. He was very patient. I have test anxiety but his kind and reasurring words boost my confidence. And yes, I passed my behind the wheel test. Click2Drive is simply the best. I have made a credit card payment for an upgrade lesson on 07/19 over a call with help of your customer representative and shared by card details with her . Since this card was dispatched to me yesterday no one has the card details . The first and only transaction i made on this card was on click 2 drive . However after 5-6 hrs. I got a notification that my card has been used to verify an UBER ride which means someone has manually keyed my card details for UBER ride and using my card . My Uber app doesn't have the new card details and I haven't used it at my end I have reported this suspicious matter to click2 derive and hope it reaches you . I understand I should not have made the payment over call but I have made the payment over call in past and did not face this issue . read more

Bought three driving lessons for one of my teens. First one was fine for the most part (but late), second one was 30 minutes late (and the same driving instructor had my teen stop at the bathroom so she could go pee and then proceeded to drop off my teen early), and the third one they cancelled altogether with no notice and then claimed because I didn't confirm the appointment it was my fault (and their reminder text and emails are just that, reminders, not "if you don't confirm we will CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT" which, I've had six driving lessons between my two teens and that was NEVER the case). I would not rely on this company to truly teach your kids. They're really only there for the formality of the CA requirement. Which is unfortunate. These driving lessons are very expensive but this type of behavior is just wrong. You guys should not be treating your students like this nor their parents.. They were okay at first (new management maybe?). But I would not recommend them. read more

I had a great experience with Click2Drive because of Edward and Luis. I had no sense of space or direction and feared driving. I thought I was a lost cause and even had negative experiences with other instructors before. However, with their patience, kindness and professionalism, I got my license last Monday, it was much faster than I was anticipating. They made me feel comfortable with the car, and I felt safe driving with them. They were always supportive and had a positive attitude. When I was taking the DMV test, I saw the evaluator taking note of everything that they would continually point out to me (speed, space between cars, checking traffic, signaling, staying on center lane, cancelling signal, turning on the correct lane...), besides that, they trained me on difficult turns and U-turns, blind spots, tight lane changes, driving through traffic, keeping traffic flow, parallel parking, driving in reverse gear and so much more. I was required all that during the test, and if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have my license right now.
