I went to traffic school on a Sunday morning and I had a really good time with the instructor ms vanessa v. She is the bomb expert and made the time go by really fast. I learned a lot of 2024 laws and was able to pass the test with flying colors... the test was not long and stressful. She made sure that everything on the test was covered. I highly recommend this business for those who are looking to fulfill your ticket obligation with the courts in person. I'm shocked to see the negative reviews because Amelia had more patience than the DMV. I was so close to loosing my license an officer towed my car placed no insurance and no license on my ticket. That was more than a $2000 fine I called the DMV to explain I had insurance and I had a license but because of covid it gave them an excuse not to have time to deal with me. Amelia mentioned to me there was a child support hold that kept the DMV from reissuing my license. She had the time to contact the right department who held us up for 1 hour before taking the call. I was able to fight my violation with proof of insurance and my license at hand thanks to her. She doesn't mislead in any way. Thanks Amelia for all of your help. read more

This place is the absolute worst! The lady "in charge" has such an AWFUL, RUDE, IGNORANT, DISGUSTING attitude. Talks to her customers as if the know nothing. Belittles the students. I'm in shock how this establishment even exist. I came in with my family to find a diving school for my brother willing to pay the fees and costs that this place wanted. As my mom and brother were talking to this RUDE lady. my sister and I were sitting in the back. We were staring at our phone and she looks over to me saying " if you don't like this place you can go somewhere else." Caught by surprised I felt attacked and unwelcome. I had no idea what she was talking about and so I say " excuse me?" She thought I said something about her but she was so far away from where I was sitting that it was impossible for her to even hear my private conversation with my sister. Isn't she suppose to be paying attention to her client and not the people across the room? She and i had a discussion about this going back and forth. This place is a joke. I was given an appointment to come in on a Sunday at 8 am and it is closed. No note. I understand the COVID-19 closed a lot of places. But the least they could have done is put a sign on their door stating they would be closed and to reschedule which I would understand. I call the number and the same person that made my appointment is giving me grief about being there saying she didn't make any appointments. "Don't you see the news?" She said. I mean a read the bad reviews about this place but I thought I'd give them a shot. This person is in fact rude and has a horrible attitude. No customer service personality whatsoever. This place just doesnt care about their customers at all. The instructor was rude and abnoxious. She was late to one of my appointments and a no show to another. When it came to my drivers test she was there with another student and kept insisting that I was late. I was there 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. She said I never called her and turns out she purposely gave my mom and I the incorrect number. (I asked why she never answered and she said I never called, showed me on her cell that the other student called her so I asked why she didnt give me her cell number and she said she doesn't give out her number to students, yet her other student had her number) if this place was as professional as they claim to be they would follow up with their customers, not show up late to scheduled appointments or even miss a scheduled appointment without any notice, not text or make any calls during your driving session, and especially not yell at the person trying to learn how to drive for making errors. (Its a driving school, mistakes are bound to happen and people go there to learn how to drive safely) if you have a choice to go some place else to attend driving school, go. This place sucks the instructor yells at you and when you ask a question she gets mad and says that's its common sence.like really its disrespect full we paid you to teach us how to drive so obviously we don't know what we are doing.then the lady Amelia didn't show up to one of my lessons and when I called she didn't answer the phone so I left her a message and told her to call me back but she never did .So when I called her after 3 days she said that I as a lier and I told her that I wasn't lying cause she gave me a paper with the appointment on it. She ignored me and was talking to her assistant when the phone was still on and I heard her talk smack about me. Then when she got back on the line she started to yell at me and insisted that she wanted to talk to my parents.I put my parents on the line and she told them a whole different story. And when your in the car with her she answers the phone and doesn't pay attention to you.I remember that one time she took me driving and she told me to drive to her friends house and she wasted 30 minutes of my 2 hour lesson just talking to her friend. my recommendation is to look for another school because your just going to waste your money.unfortunantly I had to stay with her cause I already paid the 300 dollars but don't make the same mastake as me and just go to a different place. read more
